my experience was awful in this place. this place is really a revolution in rudeness!. i went with my friend . they refused to let my friend enter and their excuse was he wear a sports shoes and my friend went back home to change. unfortunately my dress code was ok and i entered alone. they asked me to pay entry fees and i accepted. when i entered my friend asked me to take video to check the vibes of the place. while taking the video , there was a strange lady staring at me . i went over and asked her in polite way why you look at me like this . she said bad words for no reason . i left her without talking because i am a gentleman. then i was surprised that the guard asked me to leave and they didnt give me my money back !

Lovely place got busy quite quick (came on a Sat day). Very modern looking and do food here which I didn't try this visit.Cocktail menu is quite extensive and in the week its 2-4-1 and cocktails which works out a good price and they are really good. They are a tad pricey though if you come when it's not 2-4-1.

Very slow service!! Was sat for 20 minutes waiting for a drink order ! Slow staff and not worth the time it takes to wait :( very

Bottomless brunch was brought as a family Christmas present by my son and his girlfriend. My son choose this place because you could have draught beers aswell as cocktails but on the day the draught beer wasn't available because of the temperature. We asked "could we have bottled beer instead"? The waitress did go and check but she was told "no".Four of us chose the fry up and after a few minutes eating we realized that nobody had an sausage. I mentioned this to the waitress and she said "oh you should have been told when we served it to you that our delivery hasn't arrived and so we don't have any sausage... But you got an extra raction of bacon"We didn't want to make a fuss at the time as it was a family day/Christmas treat. My son has emailed the company about our disappointment.The cocktails were absolutely lovely.

I’ve been coming to revs for 10 years. Last night an overly intoxicated lady fell on me and pushed me to the floor whilst dancing, this happened around 11pm I hadn’t finished my first drink by this point. Upon getting up my wrist was painful and starting to swell so I sat at the nearest chair which was next to the DJ booth. At this point Robin (the manager) came over shouting, swearing saying I couldn’t sit here, gave me an ice pack to me to F off and asked security to throw me out. I went straight to A&E, I was seen at 11:30pm, after X-rays it was confirmed my wrist was broken and I may need surgery. You would expect staff to be trained to deal with situations like this and a little more sympathetic…
