Went to the station to fill up my jerry can as my car was empty on fuel. Started filling up before the dodgy cashier cut my fuel off and asked me to give her my credit card first? Told her I would be paying by phone so I didn’t bring my card and then she had no answer for that. Had to leave the station with £1 worth of fuel in my jerry can and an awful experience noted. Been a regular customer with shell for as long as I can remember but that experience may have been my last. There’s been a few occurrences whereby I’ve had to bring my jerrycan to fill up and I’ve never had an issue until today. I fear it may have been racially motivated but who knows.

EVERYONE BE CAREFUL, when paying by card, make sure the transaction has been approved. The people working there are not competent for such a simple job. I refueled the car for £50 and the gas station employee did not inform me that the transaction had not been processed. Now I have received debt collection for an unpaid bill of £50 plus administration costs of £30, total of £80 to be paid. They claim that I was supposed to make sure whether I paid or not, and the idiot behind the counter is probably acting as a Christmas tree. After all, when I touch the card, I don't get a message whether the transaction has been approved, THAT'S A NIGHTMARE . Be careful and check. Regards

It's OK kind of fuel station compared to the other one which most of the time expensive. Toilet facilities are rarely open in here for customers. Customer assistance are very stressed and non service mode.

You need to improve your pumps they increased my fuel consumption, please check your pumps as some don’t have cleaner fuel!!!
Giving one star because I have too. Used car jet wash and hoover my car end up with parking fine as I paid by cash can't appeal this and staff failed to tell me I can register my car plate with them so won't get fined these big corporations company not makeing enough money they have to rob more money from general public. SHAME on you shell, will never use again.
