Night staff needs replacing he doesn’t understand anything, always on the phone, confused and pissing a lot of people off. My friends had the same experience ?

Do not use this petrol Station. Bought full van full of petrol. Bought the hot food. Rude staff. And received £100!!!! Fine for being the petrol station for more than 20mins!!!!! BEWARE never heard anything like it. NEVER using shell ever again

Absolutely rude and shouldn't have a job at this petrol station or any job that has face to face customer communication. I wanted milk and some squash but only had so much money. He shouted at me because I kept asking for different sizes of milk to try and compliment my budget but I ended up walking away. Makes me laugh because there was two members of staff working so it would/should be very very easy. Then after not getting my shopping I turn to walk away then I turn back to see him sat there on his phone like he is chilling at home or something so I take two pictures of the vile staff

Great staff, friendly, helpful…. I usually pop in on my way home from my night shift, Sherfin is always so friendly… he always lets me into the store to do my mini shop (even when it’s ‘night pay’ at 4am) I always feel safe

Had to pop by this garage on the way home from work this morning to see if had and cobs in for breakfast this morning after turning up had to knock on the glass several times to get service which an employee came out the back room looked like he just woken up I asked him for a pack of cobs and said didn’t understand what I was saying so I asked for bread rolls or baps and still didn’t understand what I was saying so I asked for a loaf of bread and was told didn’t understand what I was going on about then went on about no understanding English by this point I was annoyed so as I had a look in the window I could see bread and a 4pk of cobs so I knocked back on the window again as the employee disappeared into the back room again and wouldn’t come back out to serve me as I could see what I wanted very disappointed definitely won’t be shopping there anymore if I need anything I would go somewhere else just makes me annoyed that rather do own thing behind the glass rather than help the customer

Excellent service, the only thing that is missing is a jet wash for vehicles. It has everything else apart from a jet wash. The space is available to install a jet wash. This would be the cherry on top if a jet wash was installed.

It was really nice surprise:) Thank you Shell:)I’m in shock, I have received a £60 parking charge notice for 28 min spent on fuelling and drinking coffee , which we bought in your shop. We came for the new car to Leicester (we live in Bury St Edmunds) so it was just a quick stop for fuelling and coffee. No one in the shop made me aware of any charges (when we were paying) if we drink coffee on the station!

Always shortages of petrol/dieselAir and water service’s machine always out order. Cash machine out of order. Friendly staff is the only reason to pay a visit.

Avoid at all costs. This place uses a private parking company to penalise their customers. Buying from them will cost you £60 in parking charges. Definitely not worth the hassle. Would not recommend at all.

Absolutely disgusted that I received a parking notice from Euro car parks after filling up at the petrol station and using other facilities (air for flat tyre), I was nowhere near your parking spaces or any parking notices and frankly an invasion of my privacy by recording my number plate at an entrance and exit of petrol station rather then in your "car park"
