Signpost on A46 clearly states facilities including WC are available 24 hours. I called in around 11pm the other evening to be told by the attendant that I couldn’t use the toilet as he wasn’t allowed to open the door.

Very concerning toilet situation. There is a very thick mirror with tell-tale signs of being a two way mirror. On further investigation when looking to the outside of the building the suspicious mirror backs on to a small room, only accessible through an outer door. From the inside it seems like there is one exit, from the outside there are two. I could be mistaken but when alarm bells ring...

Really nice helpful staff and Trushal kindly helped me being a bit of a damsel in distress needing to pump the tyres on a van.... Couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Even tapped his own card to continue top up and when I realised refused to take money from me for his help. Such a gent! And grateful to the manager for letting him come help me. Thank you!!

Despite Shell making £14 Billion in profit this year (no really, look it up) they still have by far and away the most expensive fuel in the area. Remember while you wince at the cost of filling your tank, they are making truly obscene amounts of money.
