* So we are clear, this was food ordered and delivered through Just Eat* We have been happily been using SJ's for the last year or so with no reason for complaint for lunchtime deliveries for our business in Oadby, Leicester. Over the last few months I have noticed a deterioration in the quality of the food, orders slightly wrong, notes for restaurant not being followed etc, but not sufficiently to make any kind of complaint or leave a bad review and wondered if there has been a change of management or staff recently? Today, 24/1/24, an order was placed and it was delivered. Again part of the order arrived wrong. We rang the restaurant to politely ask if they could deliver the item correctly to which they responded NO, ask Just Eat for a refund completely missing the point that the persons order that was wrong was left with no food. Whilst I understand we are all humans and mistakes can be made, surely there has to be a customer service element that would suggest that the mistake should be rectified? Getting a refund does not rectify the mistake and certainly doesn't quell the persons hunger. Come on SJ's where is your customer service?

Sjs was a very friendly place. Two ladies working there greeted us with a smile and just the right amount of chat, food was served quickly, was very hot and good quality.

nice comfortable chair for myself and wife to sit down and relax. A shame the food, as others have said, had someone’s long blonde hair. Atmosphere was also decent however it’s hard to enjoy the ambiance when the food was so off putting.Kid-friendliness: Kids may enjoy the food but would suggest take out as the staff & clientele in the cafe can be a bit, rough.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. Door to small and no ramp.

Ham salad cob really nice, ordered on Ubereats and was delivered so fast, I ate the cob first but only thing that gutted me was the first bite of the breakfast wrap I had a blondish/grey hair in my mouth, so it put me off since I have jet black really long hair ??

Always order from here & go in there for food the foods amazing, always hot always correct, fast delivery. Staff are very friendly, lots to choose from. Burger menu is really good I’ve tried the halloumi crunch and it’s the best thing I’ve eaten in a while!
