First and foremost, as my first experience with Polish food, I feel like I'd been missing on something amazing all my life! I've just fallen in love with it and I'm never letting go!This little diner is located in a rather less busy part of Narborough road, away from all the traffic and noise.Inside, nostalgic old pop hits are playing (Modern talking, Leonard Cohen, ...), and the tiny dolls and artifacts all around the floor give it a cozy sense of grandma's home! Other than that, the whole area as well as the furniture were clean, with flowers and napkins available on the tables.The food, as previously stated, tasted amazing, was served hot, and was plenty in terms of volume. I ordered two dishes: Pierogi and Kotlet, both of which were available as either pork, beef, or chicken.The only staff member on-site was a woman, who introduced the menu items, took the order, and served the food.Lastly, the price is good and reasonable, and considering the nice experience, I would definitely drop by the next time I am in the area.As for the cons, nothing that significant, except for the chairs which were not that comfortable and not at optimal height with respect to the tables, which made it slightly less pleasant to sit in.Also the said staff member either did not speak English very well or just chose not to talk much, which stopped me from asking much about the food options and urged me to just place the order and sit my @@@ down ASAP!And as for the food, both diahes by default came with absolutely no sides and felt kind of dry, which was easily dealt with via some salad and mashed potatoes (ordered separately).

Excellent meals, pierogi and bigos. Great soup, very popular! Soft drinks. Lovely lady cooking and serving the food helped us a bit in English but was happier speaking Polish, which I could do just enough of - that's my superpower - what's yours? ??Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available!

What a wonderful place. The kindest staff, superb food and very child friendly. When my Romanian wife says ‘I need East European food, now!’ This is where we head. Schnitzel is superb with the mash and salad. Pierogi are amazing and a sheer delight.

Nice Polish Restaurant, tasty food. Cosy place. Due to space limitation, sometime you might need to wait if you want to dine in at restaurant. When I visited they had only two staff, you might face little delay in getting the food on the table. But food is good. Worth visiting. Not expensive also.
