First time visit for me, and the food and service were wonderful. Will certainly be returning. Had the grilled cheese toastie and a cappuccino that had proper dark chocolate gratings, not the powder. Lovely.

Good burgers and a decent selection for vegetarians.... the fries are very moorish, especially if you choose to upgrade by pimping them with extra seasoning.... I had garlic parm fries... delicious!

I was astounded by how good this place was, fabulous food, generous portions and so reasonably priced. Shout out to our server Felix who took care of us. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Leicester.

I saw a video on the ‘about leicester’ page on instagram and thought I would take my partner there for his birthday lunch. The place is so cute inside, all the Christmas decorations were up and it felt very cosy with a great vibe. The staff were so lovely and the food was better than we had expected! The prices were really good and the food was a very generous portion size which we were pleasantly surprised by! Will definitely be returning :)

Ended up there unexpectedly after not getting into one of the other surrounding brunch spots, I can't explain how thankful I am that the other place was busy as I wouldnt have found this gem ?Amazing menu with a fair amount of v/vg/gf options, loads of drink choices with a large selection of seasonal drinks for the holidays!! I got the pulled pork hash and it was absolutely delicious, the portion was also so generous for the price and could have even been shared by two people!! Would 1000% come back again ?

Had previously had a good breakfast here but this Saturday's visit (28/10/23) was a total failure and will not be going back. Was ushered upstairs, given menus and then left for 20 mins while people around us complained that their orders were not coming out with drinks.Person serving was explaining that part of the orders were not being "sent through".Sat there whilst people that arrived after us were served and decided to give it up as a bad job.I think I've only ever walked out of a place one other time.As I was leaving I attempted to explain why to the person working there who was wishing me a great day, to find that he and the girl with him just started laughing!Terrible service and a terrible toxic atmosphere for a Saturday morning. We certainly won't be going back ever!Avoid!!

We’ve enjoyed a lovely weekday lunch here. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great food. All round excellent value for money. We’ll be back here again most certainly.

This place is great if you work remotely and want a change of environment. There's a range of customers; people working, friends of all ages or family brunches. The decor is comfortable and the food and coffee really nice. Service is friendly. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Went here with a couple of friends just to chill and do some work!(wifi was decent as it’s BT guest wifi) The staff were really nice and friendly and the hot chocolate was 10/10, added some hazelnut syrup to mine which I loved.

We had breakfast here on our recent trip. From the moment we entered we were made feel very welcome by the staff. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and at present I have a few allergies but I was well catered for here. Lovely environment in a beautiful part of the city Great coffee too

St Martin's is a consistently enjoyable location for brunch or coffee, or both! The restaurant is filled with plants which makes for a nice atmosphere, the seating is all pleasantly mismatched and it isn't crammed or cluttered. Even when it is busy here, it feels relaxed for the customer. We went for brunch at 10am on Sunday because we are morning people and it was super quiet. We did find it a bit odd that we were just given menus and sent on our way to find a table but the choice was nice.We ordered a couple of coffees and brunches to share - the chicken waffles and the NYC breakfast burger - and payment was requested at the point of ordering. The drinks came at the same time as the food and both were speedy, but again it was very quiet. My cappuccino was loaded with chocolate flakes - yum!The chicken waffles have changed since the last time I came which was lovely. This is such a tasty meal, it felt weird eating it at 10 am but who cares, right? It was full of flavour, tangy, sweet and crispy. We shared each dish but this is a huge portion for one.The burger was delicious too: hash brown, cheese, bacon and ketchup - maybe an egg too I don't recall. I will say that there was just one tiny hash brown I think it needed two, but for a simple burger it was surprisingly satisfying.I have never not enjoyed a trip to St Martin's, just be mindful that during busy periods you won't have quite the same speed as we experienced but you will definitely enjoy it either way!
