Young girl who served us never asked if we'd got the app to collect stars then when I asked her she said it was too late and couldn't do anything about it...this is the problem when you open a new store with staff who are trained poorly! Not sure I'll be visiting again.

This has been my go-to haven whilst I've been in Leicester and I can't praise it enough. I always find that its the staff which make Starbucks: if you have good customer service then your experience somewhere is automatically a good one. I've had a regular barista named Jordan whilst I've been here and he has to be one of the friendliest, most joyful servers I've ever had the pleasure to engage with. He was just great and always made my visit a happy and comfortable one. Really though, all the staff here have been friendly. It's easily one of the best Starbucks I have ever been in and I highly recommend it.

They wrote a different name on the cup and gave me a different order. The place is dirty, it is unpleasant to sit in the establishment.

Coffee is good, cakes are awful, and the atmosphere is depressing. I do prefer other places, more open , with seats outside or view on the street.

Hard to find, but that isn’t their fault. Found the place was quite dirty, and very busy. Managed to find a clean table, and the cookies were alright. £2.50 for one though. The one redeeming feature is that it’s a Starbucks, so you can buy your overpriced coffee and post the company’s logo on your social media’s to gain a small amount of social validation. How great!

The norm when you get served I ask for a strawberry a cream ice all I got was a cream no strawberry at went back to changed it no change at all service is u/s won't be using they again

Milk was overheated in cappuccino and not frothed. More like a burnt hot latte. Cookie was very dry. Poor show Starbucks, I was expecting something a little better

Lovely fresh tasting coffee and blueberry muffin was wonderful. The staff were very pleasant. It was clean and tidy with everything fully stocked.Vegetarian options: Clearly labelledWheelchair accessibility: Large enough gaps between table for a wheelchair and I witnessed a member of staff bring the wheelchair users coffee to them without being asked to.
