A relaxed rustic vibe but very spacious too. Situated in a fairly quiet corner of the city. This is one of the best Starbucks branches I've found in the UK!

Please learn how to make drinks properly!! I’m paying £5+ for a drink (which is more expensive than other Starbucks) for improperly blended drinks and chunks of ice. Will not be returning

Whilst returning from a 15 mile cycle, I decided to take a break. As the final leg of my journey included the Gt Central Way, I knew just place to stop, a conveniently located Starbucks. As the weather was reasonable it possible to sit outdoors. A simple black Americano was sufficient for my needs. Once refreshed, I continued my home, eventually! Several paths were blocked due to flood water, thus some detours were required.

Poor service. I wanted to treat myself with my first pumpkin spice latte with cream and eating in. I was packed for takeaway and no cream or powder on my coffee and lemon slice was very dry.

I liked the atmosphere and music that was playing. Even though it's a bit of a manic carpark outside it still felt like the inside was nice and relaxing. The staff seemed a bit ignorant and lethargic however the coffee was good ??

This is a great building for a coffee shop and it has a real community vibe too with quiz nights and other events as well as celebrating all the local area. Staff are friendly too and remember their regular customers.*******UPDATE*******Visited here recently and it appears to have new management. You can tell. The service is poor and dine in drinks are served in takeaway cups (so much for the environment!). The place is dirty too, built up dirt in some places and the toilets haven't been cleaned in some time. If that's the dirt you can see, what's it like behind the scenes?
