We drove past several services so we could attend one with a Starbucks and it probably would have been better to attend something else.The options we were after, apparently had just sold out for the day; it was 11:30am.We made different choices and then left in the dark about it all (she wasn’t really interested in serving us, more wanting to chat with the 4+ other colleagues standing around, didn’t ask for a name for the order, nor said anything once the the eftpos was approved so we didn’t obtain a receipt).My mother and I are both mildly hearing impaired and so because our names weren’t on the order, we weren’t made aware that our food and drinks were ready at a different counter.We didn’t really feel appreciated, we were made to feel quite awkward really.

This was the most dreadful culinary experience. For a short period Motorway Services improved . Now having had a coffee and hot sandwich at Starbucks today I realise than standards have fallen through the floor again. Regarding my food I would give a good guess that the retailers cost, roll, tomato and cheese was less than 40 pence but charged over £5. A company that profits by over £100 million in the UK must do better. What a dreadful experience for tourists to the Uk, shame on you

It may be a drive-through primarily but the level of service in the coffee shop left a lot to be desired. Ignoring staff to finish your conversation is not in the Starbucks manual.The drinks were fine and served quickly but with little in the way of friendliness.

Service without a smile must be the motto here. I asked for a proper cup rather than a paper one . No smile for me . Not that when I got it anyone had remembered to put it in the cup . What a complete waste of paper Just wash the cups . Tables left in a mess and not wiped . Not good . Coffee OK .

Normally I use Costa. Tried this Starbucks purely by chance. Really clean and well run. Great (really) flat white, good flavour, nice cup. Pain au chocolate was heated perfectly. I think I now prefer S'bucks. Well what do you know.

So, went in there got a Pumpkin Spice frappuccino ?, I trust the barista always put the lid on properly, I’ve never had an issue. But this time, when I took a sip from my drink at the counter, the lid wasn’t on property and went all down my hoodie.I asked the barista for help, but he blanked me twice, when I finally got his attention. I said you didn’t put the lid on properly. The response was of saying the lids were faulty and they never fitted the cup and I don’t know if it stains. No sorry, no can I remake your drink, nothing. The other staff just looked and did nothing to help either.My partner came out the toilet and tried speaking to them, but was given a response of the staff didn’t want to help and couldn’t be bothered.The frustration it caused us both, lead us to ask them for a bag to put all our order in, cause we didn’t want to sit inside as they couldn’t be bothered to help.

I have never seen such rude staff to all customers one girl was waiting 5 mins for hot drink and a further 10 minutes only to be told”he’s gone to see if we have waffles” when she enquired about the rest of the order, no orders were coming out together, I ordered cappuccino and 2 peach iced teas was waiting 15 minutes after coffee For the peach tea which was simply poured from a jug by which time my hot food had gone cold! No courteous manner was shown to any customers just chaos with lots of eye rolling when customers enquired about their order..

Nice location and not very busy. Service was quick. As Drive thru, handful parking space.
The staff that work here are fantastic, and it's my first call of the day to get my coffee and fruity toast ? 10/10. Keep up the fantastic work ?
Dreadful, 10 minutes to be served a coffee, filthy tables and seating area, would recommend you find somewhere else to stop, I will next time.
Best iced coffee ever!! Also I love the beyond meat (plant based ) breakfast sandwich absolutely amazing
Sign on entering service station said Starbucks was not just open but 'Open again'. Unfortunately, I arrived just after 8 pm, and it was shut!
