This Subway customer service and cleanliness is appalling! I would put 0 stars if i could!I have just witness staff member washing there mouth out and spitting in the kitchen sink!I have been verbally assaulted by a staff member who at first was serving myself then before proceeding to the transaction they then began to serve another customer who had already been served and paid for their meal…I explained i was in a rush and needed to pay and leave. They began shouting at me and ignored my urgency to wanting to leave.Health and safety inspectors need to be involvedAnd Management need to train there staff on better customer service.I have never been in so much shock to how i was treated at this Subway. All i wanted to do was purchase my meal and leave thats it.I need this following up and address so another venerable customer does not ever experience this happening to them.

The food here is very good, as it always is in subway, the layout of ok and the eating area is relatively clean, this subway is set in a very convenient location that is close to my house, yet every-time I come here the staff are difficult, they mumble questions from behind a mask and then get annoyed if you don’t hear them meaning every time we go in it is an uphill struggle to get the order out without problems or mistakes, I am used to it now but when ever I go in with people that haven’t gone before I end up having to act almost like an interpreter middle man making sure that the right information is going to and fro in order for the order to be correct. Apart from that it is good and once they know your order they will make it well and it will taste nice, so it is in a way a small price to pay for the nice food, yet because of this subway is only getting a 3/5, if they improve their customer service then I may change my review to 5 straight away

The customer service was worst, he don’t even smile or listen to person properly. Felt very rude and it’s was the worst wrap I ever had in Subway, I been to couple of stores but it is the worst subway ever I seen. It’s waste of money to go around this place.

I visited the Subway on Queens Road today at around 4pm. The man behind the counter was cutting his nails ?. He then moved into the kitchen at the back and i could hear him carrying on doing so. The lady working with him said she was the manager and told me she would speak to him as if it was no big deal. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID.

If you crave a subway, you better come here. I come here quite often when i’m really craving a good sandwich. The staff are very friendly and have never once got my order wrong. Bread is fresh and warm, meat is tender and flavourful and the veggies. are fresh. Massive range on sauces, drinks, and cookies. The heating is always on in winter if you get cold which is a massive bonus.I love this subway

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't bother coming here. Bread was stale, veggies were frozen, staff skimped toppings and provided poor unfriendly service. Drink machine was out of all but a couple options. This place is not run to franchise standards by any means.

Customer service was appalling. Whoever was working there Wednesday 30th November around 5pm, needs to find himself another job. Did not smile, did not help with the products and offers available, contradicted everything I said. Customer service is not for you. Worst experience in all the years I've visited Subway throughout the country.
