Staff needs training. Sub was not prepared properly. Also, cheesy garlic slice was stuffed half. Cheesy bites are waste of money.

Broken Toaster. Ordered on app. 3 days already and Still waiting for a refund. To all- don’t order on app for collection in this store as they run out of stock and most of the time toaster is broken so you never know if your order is ready or not until you visit.

Been here quite a lot and never had service like this, got a foot long and watched the server (abdullah) do less the half a scoop of of the chicken and when we mentioned he claimed there was 2 scoops even though I watched him do less and then continued to give me attitude, terrible service and not worth going to!

I have been a regular customer at this store for the past 6 years, visiting at least 2 to 3 times a week. Every time I walk in, the Subway team, particularly Kokila, Jamila, and Urvashi, greet me with a smile. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and it's always a delight to see them. Despite having other options, I choose to come back to the Sandringham store because of these wonderful ladies. Not only do I always walk away with a great sub, but I also leave with a smile on my face after speaking with them. It just goes to show that people buy from people, and their excellent service makes all the difference. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10

So I recently visited...Got a veggie patty, been told its now vegan...Asked if its any different to what it usually is...was advised slight difference. It is definately different. Tasted horrible. The bread was gone off for starters. Not fresh at all. It was HARD. one thing I do not understand is..when he was cutting the bread...can he not feel that the bread is rock solid? Staff need to be more attentive. Paying over £6 just for a sub to be dissapointed when I get home is not right! Im going to stop going to subway from now.

Would have given 0 star if I can. Breads are not fresh at all. This happen 2nd time now. Last time before year spoke to manager but they don’t care at all. Tried them after year again but same result. Staff require training on products as well.

This is a Joke shop, refused to accept voucher even though its valid, then became very aggressive and extremely rude, ended up walking out telling the Asian guy who could barely speak English to eat the sub as I'm not paying for it, never again, Subway need to get rid of these people and get there act together, Also messy counters, half the fillings missing

Last 3 times I've been I've not been served, 1ST too EARLY? All the fillings are out but you can't have them for another 10 mins 2ND Sausage still frozen? Last time breads too hot, can't serve you for 20 mins, NOT GOOD ENOUGH
