Very poor knowledge of products. I repeatedly asked for clarification as to what options were vegan. Girl behind the counter was not helpful and really wasn't able to identify where on the board the vegan options were listed.\\nThe only thing I could see was the veggie delite and I asked her if that was vegan and she pointed to the veggie patty in the serving dispensers. The veggie delite was advertised at £2.59 so I was shocked when they asked me to pay £4.19. They told me I hadn't picked a veggie delite! At no point was I told that the veggie patty is an entirely separate product. I asked them to show me where on the board the price is displayed. Neither could show me. I left feeling very angry and without a purchase, I did not want a piece of bread and a small patty for £4.19 when the other options were so much cheaper. That price was extortionate! I would rather have paid the veggie delite price and had bread and salad for £2.59 than bread \\u0026 patty costing £4.19!\\nStaff training needs much improvement - educate staff on products so they can effectively communicate these to customers and the pricing structure needs addressing - why are vegans being exploited? £4.19 for a product that costs over a pound more than its meat counterparts is not acceptable!

The sub was served very emotionless .. no eye for presentation. The guy sneezed into the gloves and touched the salad afterwards... My sub was all mushy.. I guess the meatballs themselves get 2 stars for being decent..

lovely fresh food only trouble is the set up of the store its very small and customers are all on top of each other trying to que in front of a customer/staff toilet could do with a bit of a move around, staff friendly but some do tend to struggle to understand what you have asked for or hear you so you have to repeat a dozen times

Slow service, don’t seem to know what is what, and they are charging 30p for a container if you choose to have a salad box. How about promoting healthy eating and stop penny pinching for a box that serves your salads!!?
