Mediocre service, very slow by Subway standards. I came in & waited a couple of minutes before hearing "next please" & ordering, but it turned out I had jumped the queue: 3 of the 4 people in there were waiting to order, & only 1 was waiting for their food (this is unusual for Subway as they have to wait 2 minutes while each order is in the heater, during which time they can take someone else's order). This queue moved slowly, & it was several minutes before I actually got to order. Then they took so long to actually serve me that by the end they'd forgotten that I also wanted a coffee.I usually go to Subway when I am in a hurry.When it came, the coffee didn't actually taste of coffee & I suspect the machine had run out of coffee & made a cup of hot water & milk. The submelt was on stale bread, as a result of which it fell apart in my hand as I tried to eat it.I haven't been going to Subway for very long, so I'm not sure what's going on here: either this is a terrible Subway, or this is a mediocre Subway and I got lucky the first few times. Either way, there are plenty of other branches of Subway in Leicester for me to go to instead.

I never thought I would be giving the Subway this feedback. But, I’m afraid I am going to be very stressed if I just don’t write this honest review on google. And let it all out!It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing when you have staff in this place shouting, banging items such as sauce bottles. I had to ask her please calm down as your behaviour is very frightening and very dangerous. Not just I would never return to this Subway but, I had to make a complaint to the head office as it’s unacceptable to have staff members who cannot speak English whatsoever and gets angry whenever she misunderstands what other customers are saying. It’s very embarrassing as everyone in the Q were watching the whole situation. I hope something changes soon. I hope the manager was here so I could at least clarify what’s really going on?This is not a third world country.

Staff are extremely rude accusing me of trying to steal cookies when I just paid for a sub and messed my order up with another customer then tried blaming me. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

The men who did my order for a salad did a good job ? looked lovely, then the useless woman on the counter chucked it around trying to get it in a bag looked not good at all she stood the box up shaking it! Making it a mess what's the point it making it neatly and then let her bag up on the checkout, she is useless, won't be using again very scruffy and not clean seating area, but she would rather just stand and talk to someone while serving me! Iv I'm paying 7.50 for a salad meal don't expect it to be shaken about before hand.

The most terrible place I’ve been to in my life. Usually, when i go to a subway they provide excellent customer service and quick, efficient production of food. However this was a monstrosity. We went to pay for the food first before letting them know what we wanted on our order and they simply didn’t know what they were doing. A few moments after paying we informed them that they had terrible customer service and asked for the managers name. The manager was refusing to give her name. The worst customer service I’ve received in my life and will not be going back there ever again. A subway is my go to place however the way this manager treated us and her employees was outright disgraceful.

Went to order a subway, worst customer service. Manager had alot of attitude. We asked for her name she did not inform us the name and had no name tag on. She was very rude and was speaking in another language. After paying for our meal we informed them we weren’t happy with their customer service, they refused to serve us. worst subway.

Clear discrimination against Scottish people with a big sign at cash register saying that they do not accept Scottish bank notes. This is UK legal tender and has to be accepted. Spoke to manager about this and hope it has been rectified now

Hello I even don't want to given 1 star .very rude staff I have seen ever in my today visit .I don't know his because no name plate on his t-shirt .they don't know how to talk with customer I requested to owner give some lesson how to talk with others ..I will never come again here .thanks
