Awful experienceOrdered veggie patty wrap, she made it without cooking the patty, threw a strop when I told herPotato crisper were soggy, undercooked.Very tight with portions and made the wrap with their preference of salads/condiments and didn't even bother asking.Lady in the bright red lipstick really needs to pay more attention rather than running back to watch videos on her phone

It's a joke. For 6 inch Italian bmt I was charged 4.99, lettuce was in bad condition, no tissue given and overall tasted really bad. Not recommended for others

Braunstone gateway subway. They got someone behind the counter some dark skinned lady who is very rude and I am a valid loyal customer. I had a valid subway voucher to buy a coffee she said she won’t serve me cuz I am not a loyal customer and I have been going to this subway for years and years. They should not work in this environment if they don’t know how to talk to customers so I would like you to do something bout it. It doesn’t matter as long we got a valid vouchers they should be able to serve us.

I don’t normally eat subway but today I went in for a take out, there was a lovely employee (Rikie). she was very friendly and helpful and even recommended some stuff. The customer service I received today was 10/10.

Usually ok, had hash browns today that looked like they'd been cooked some time ago and then left in the silver tray to keep warm! Wasn't even warm and had been there that long they were hard and just not very nice! Did go back and ask for fresh to be told we can't cook fresh today, our manager has told us this is what we need to do! After re heating again they were even worse so I eventually got a refund. The lady that was serving then proceeded to pop the again re heated hash browns back onto the silver tray for the next customer.....Beaut ??

Worst subway,, wrong vegetable wrong cookies and I couldn't get any sauce even though I ordered extra sauces. They don't care my order and just give what they want.

Whenever a Subway is empty at lunchtime, it's a sign from the community. But I gave it a chance. The sandwich was not what I ordered and it was carelessly prepared. Ingredients were falling out while trying to eat it. It's like the server watched a training video once and was just kinda trying to put something together; the 'Whatever Sandwich'.

The worst Subway experience ever!!? Took my two daughters (one gluten free and one vegan). I asked for chicken and bacon but received tuna so had to have a brand new sub made. I asked for gluten free bread and they didn’t have any which is absolutely appalling. I also asked for vegan meatballs and they said they are not selling them even though they had been displayed on the display board in big writing. Customer service was atrocious. Very rude lady. Unfortunately I will not be returning any time soon and I am very disappointed by this outcome.
