Worst Subway I've ever had. The bread was stalls and it was cold before I even got it the 100 yds to my place because of the new paper bags. I'll go to town next time I want a sub.

Im really disappointed with this subway. I asked for italian bread, They didn't have any. I asked for chicken teriyaki, They didn't have any. We purchased three foot along subways. The ham salad one had hardly any salad ... About 1 tsp lettuce, 2 tamato rings and a few sweetcorn, So few that you can actually count them, 3 olive pieces and 3 jalepenos. That's not full salad like I asked. Not only that MY HUSBAND GOT FOOD POISENING FROM HERE. JUST GOT BACK FROM A&E .This is not the first time they have done this. I have actually complained earlier on but today they wouldn't even pick the phone up. The staff all act over clever And treat you as if you're stupid. When serving you they rush you so much. There is absolutely no atmosphere in indiactual restaurant.... This is the worst store in the whole of leicester, but unfortunately, it is our local one. I would rather pay extra and drive to a different subway then use this one. I know a lot of people have been talking about this particular they are losing a lot of custom

The coffee is like hot water with a homeopathic dose of coffee. The black coffee is brown. The service was fine but apparently I am the only person to complain about the coffee. Incredible! Nothing to be done according to the staff.

Staff is really rude,they don't have even talking sense to the customer,guy he trying to be over smart with me when I ask for some extra topings.
I have been a couple of times to the restaurant on Narborough road just before closing time and been refused service. The shop closes at 10pm and have got there to order at 9:45 and they had everything packed away and refused to serve me.

Agrrrr what a terrible expierience! I asked about a Veggie Delite - a sandwich with all veg and cheese. Costs about 4£.This is what I got.

Had veggie patty footling delivered and it wasn’t good with hardly any fillings even though I clicked the options for many, the bread on it’s own would have tasted better. I would have taken it back if I lived close by or had a car but was stuck with what they sent. Awful

Dressings mixed between others (not helpful if you have allergies) no plastic to separate meat from non- meat products. Asked for 3 of each cookie (12) and when I asked to check they’d packed the vegan ones they swapped a set over and shorted me by 1
