Disgusting. It’s a Sunday midday which I know is a busy time but some of the tables haven’t been cleared in hours. The chairs are filthy. I literally had to ask for someone to remove the old plates & food from my table. It’s not the first time I’ve been and it’s in the same condition but I thought it might be a one off; obviously not. Whomever is in charge is grossly incompetent and needs to be sacked.

Cafe does not open at time stated on Sundays. Staff unhelpful.

Popped in the cafe for coffee & brunch, we were served by lovely staff very friendly and genuinely nice. The breakfast was delicious very well presented and we really enjoyed it, I did tell the staff on the way out complements to the chef who I believe was called Simon. Clean, tidy and fresh restaurant. So thank you for a lovely visit.

Had a cheese and ham panini was chewy (not toasted) probably microwaved and no cheese in it. Looked and tasted awful! Should have returned it and got money back but didn’t have the time!

Ordered cheese toastie came with chips. Had to wait 30 minutes for ut. Unfortunately cold and no flavor whatsoever. Consumed as not in a habit of complaining.Soon after eating felt sick for hours and eventually had to vomit. Would never recommend. Still feel sick.

Never used the cafe before and won't be using it again. Long queue to be served, only one assistant working taking orders, making drinks and delivering food. Had a coffee and cheese scone eventually. Coffee was lovely but the cheese scone was as hard as rock and so dry, tasted stale. Poor standard all round.

This is part of a mezzanine floor. There is no ambience. Nevertheless it is well patronised with a good reasonably , even cheap, menu and friendly staff. If visiting the shopping mall I recommend itKid-friendliness: Lots of kidsParking: Located off A46, Anstey Lane going towards Leicester. First turn left into Bennion road. If you miss it there's a Specsavers in the mall. Good place to refuel vehicle and body both.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift, ask staff. The escalators are flat so you can get a good speed up on the way down and the security man can catch you at the biDietary restrictions: Not sure..I am diabetic so cakes are out of the question

Very slow food sits under light for along time before anyone brings it to you... I waited 35 minutes for toast and it wasn't busy and only one side was toasted other side was just warm bread... Very expensive as it's £1.85 for a can of pop even though they get it from Tescos so rip off food was ok bit warmer then Luke warm...

Backon egg sausage hasbrown over cooked and cold beans was little warm but the place is tidy and and OK think next time I'll go somewhere else
Unfortunately for me it wasn’t possible to mix and match items from the menu into one dish for me. Mac and cheese wasn’t available for adults it was only on the kids menu and contained hidden veg. The assistant said he wouldn’t recommend it. I had a fishfinger wrap but the wrap was doughy and unattractive rather like the atmosphere in the café. I would’ve preferred the option of a wholemeal wrap or something I could get my teeth into. Although the coffee (latte with an extra shot) was good I am not in a hurry to return.

Clean, airy and tables well spread. Only went in for a coffee, service was polite and speedy. It was 'machine' coffee rather than 'proper' barista coffee but tasted ok. Well frequented.

Always good food, great service, and very clean.Parking: Park for free, but you have to exit before 4 hours expires and not return for 1 hour unless you want a hefty fine through the post.
