Kiante was our server and they were so lovely, although our food was standard. My birthday experience here was great and I enjoyed the vibe and the company.

Went for a family Christmas meal, the food was delicious and the servers were very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu to us. Overall a truly welcoming experience and will be enjoying TGIs in the new year again for certain.

My food was absolutely incredible! Perfect size and all. My daughter being an extremely picky eater Toby was so nice about it. He was there whenever we needed him.

The lady that served us was friendly and polite. She was efficient with taking the drinks order and then very apologetic when an item ordered on the menu wasn’t available. She also sorted us out with a free drink.

Very bad service. Standing at the door for 20 minutes & no one came to seat us. I then asked a staff member to seat us , I was told "give me one 1 second" I then waited another 10 minutes and still no one seated us. The restaurant itself wasn't busy and I'm very disgusted by the service and the pure ignorance is notable! Will never be returning!

I brought in a group of young people with additional needs. Staff were very accommodating and very patient, allowing them to order for themselves. Fantastic service and understanding of the additional needs of the young people from Trev and Anna!
Had a fab time in Leicester TGIs our server Joe was super attentive and made the experience. The food was excellent. Would recommend to anyone!
