we ordered food, it came on time but when it came it was freezing, we'd phoned up to say it was cold then at about 11.20 when everyone had fallen asleep we hear a knock at the garage door, the delivery driver complained we were trying to get free food. wasn't out fault the food was cold, whole street probably could've heard him shouting on the phone to his boss ??????

i've been a customer from a very long time ago, from when alex owned the place, not sure if he still does? i usually order online but a couple of times i've called and spoke with a lady, she is extremely rude, she is losing you business. i've always had good service from tjs thurms but this lady is stopping me from ordering.

Ordered a kebab. Nice lamb meat, little bit oily but nice. Just 4 stars because a real Doner kebab needs the Salat and sauce inside the bread
