“Our order included a regular thali and a Maharaja thali. My husband's top picks were the Puri, dal, veg, and lassi, while I found myself drawn to the Roti, Bharela Began, and Shrikhand, which I couldn't resist ordering twice.
We also had lovely tea. The experience was so enjoyable and filled with pleasure and satisfaction; the only thing missing was Achar and Sambharo (I got plain cabbage, which I did not like) in the thali. Many Achar bottles are displayed at the counter, but I feel sad that they did not serve it with the thali. We're already eagerly anticipating our next visit to explore their menu more.”

“Great atmosphere, great decor, and friendly staff. Delicious range of homecooked sweet and savoury items. I can see why so many people visited at the same time as me, for a plate of soup, or a pie, or some cake. Very nice. Would be better if the entire menu was 100% plant-based/vegan.”

“We called in on Sunday early evening for a quick bite to eat and were shown to a table straight away, brought menus and our order was taken swiftly and courteously. We thought the service was great and really enjoyed the food. Super tasty Bhel Puri and Masala Dosa along with a Thali. The portions were generous and we thought that the meal was very good value. When we went up to pay the gentleman on the till wanted to know if we enjoyed our meal and thanked us for coming. All in all we were impressed and would certainly go again! As parking near Melton Road can be tricky we used the B&M car park just off the roundabout which appears to be free and has a lot of space. Its only a short walk up the road to the restaurant from there. October 2024, updated menu more curries to explore.”

“My family and I came here for dinner over a month ago and the food was yummy. My dad enjoyed his thali, I loved the pau bhaji and the crispy bhajia. My brother in law had dahi puri, parata and masala panner. My mum enjoyed a masala dosa and my sister ordered a uttapam. No complaints about the food or service.

I didn't understand why we couldn't get take out boxes to pack our left over food when we were headed home. We were given paper bags which really didn't cut it. I know some places charge for take out boxes and I would have much rather this. Other than this, I would come back here when I'm in Leicester next time.”
