Hey,Just ordered from this restaurant, I have ordered BBQ Burger with fries. However, the quality of the food was not really good when I was eating the burger it was like I’m eating a gum the chicken was sticky and not fresh. The fries was cold what a poor quality first and last order from them?(Ordered through Uber Eats).

This is a scam ! The burgers are the size of a 99p burger from McDonald’s. The wrap is as small as it can get ! Over priced ! Never ordering front there again

A decent amount of food for the price, and the fries were done how I like them. The wings were fine, though the hottest sauce is English hot rather than actually hot (and a also bit sweet, which was surprising). May be a good idea to order before you get there to save waiting.

This establishment is, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've encountered. My initial encounter with this place occurred shortly after its grand opening, and my expectations were shattered. The chicken coating lacked proper seasoning, and the accompanying chips were disappointingly dry.Hoping for improvement, I recently placed another order, enticed by the new items on the menu. Unfortunately, my anticipation was met with even greater dissatisfaction. The wings were severely overcooked, the burger with strips appeared as though it had been languishing for days, and the chips seemed like they had been sitting for an extended period, losing their freshness.Given my experiences, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment, particularly if you have any inclination towards their chicken wings.

Hi Team, Below describes my experience.4 Years ago I left a 5 star review because this was the best chicken wings shop with one of the top service it gave.I now went after so long not only the portion sizes have gone small, prices gone up but also the lack of service given.Point 1 - When I ordered my food, the representative greeted me in a good manner took my order and took the payment. While waiting, I noticed there was 20% each order. I then asked another colleague does this discount automatically get applied. She said yes, luckily I retained my receipt and I then looked at my receipt there was no discount. I raised the concern which they compensated with a drink. Point being here is had i have not noticed that I wouldn't have got the discount which they were giving.Point 2 - As a takeaway customer paying for 5 wings amongs other things totalling my bill to around £16 I would've expected cutlery tissues wipes etc... As I got back to work I noticed there were no tissues, and no cutlery. Luckily I had asked for wipes prior to leaving. To top this off there was no dip for my wings included either.Before leaving the shop I couldn't even check if everything was in the bag because they staple it (sneaky tactic to stop people checking their own food?) Seeing this, I was very disappointed. I was more shocked that this was around 3pm and I was the only one in shop and not even busy so unsure what caused all this from the representative.This review is a development review which the management need to look into and work on as an urgency. Gone from 5 stars down to 2 stars.

I loved this place! Parmesan wings were banging and the cajun tomato was exceptionally delish! The hot DAWG was banging and im now full to a brim corrrrr!

Ay up guys!Took a trip to Wing Trap after a ‘Rate my takeaways’ review video!10/10 food! The place is to die for, can’t wait to come back!!The staff were amazing and the food is out of this world.Thanks Wing trap (and camera man)
