Excellent food and service.Highly recommend the Sunday dinner it was delicious.Its was very busy as Mothers Day so we had expected to wait a little longer than usual but staff worked very hard and kept us updated at all times.Definitely worth a visit.

We went to have a meal at the pub, and were told last orders for food were at 7.45 with the kitchen closing at 8.00. After waiting at the bar for 5 mins with no staff to be seen from 7.40, we were then told the kitchen had already closed and we were too late. Very disappointed that the staff don't seem to know when food is served.

Absolutely shocking !! We booked at table for 6 adults and 2 children for my wifes birthday and sat at table at 2.30pm and ordered starters after about 10 mins. We asked for the kids meals to come out with the starters, thats didnt happen, it took 45 mins for the starters to come out! Then took a further 50 mins for 5 adult meals to come and still no kids meals! By this time the kids are getting restless and hungry. 1 adult meal wasn't even on the order so that took another 20 mins, finaly the kids meal came out... 2 burgers sharing half a burger each!!! We complained and they were taken away and sorted. My meal was a 10oz rump stake that was raw!!! Sent back and didn't want it replaced as felt sick! Spoke to the manager and he had a attitude! The people who got food said it was nice but the whole time was ruined by the kitchen and managers attitude, oh also was charged £20 for a bottle of proceco from aldi (£6.50) when asking the manager about it his response was "whats it matter where I buy it from, do you no how much my electricity bill is" absolute joke of a pub/restaurant and won't ever return
