I went in to order a meal deal, firstly 2 ladies serving me who were working out how to use the machine, I asked if the pumpkin latte came in the meal deal which she asked her colleague and they were trying to work out how to ring up the order and said yes it does, when the order was finally put through and I went to pay it was more than the meal deal price and I said I asked for the meal deal which she responded it must be for the normal latte then, so I asked to cancel the pumpkin latte which she refused to do, blatantly ignoring and denying the fact that I asked if the pumpkin latte was part of the meal before actually ordering it. she was too busy trying to work out how to total my bill on the machine when I was asking about the latte being part of the meal deal!! Appalling service from servers.

Popped in for a couple of sausage Rolls,still warm nicely cooked pastries, never in 10+ years had a sausage roll like it. BEST SAUSAGE ROLL EVER from Greggs hot and a crispy pastry!!!

Not listening ended up paying full price when I had free greggs rewards couldn’t use apparently as I had already paid full price yet she said that I had to pay first before I could use my rewards which I’ve never had to do before completely scamming customers out of free rewards making customers pay full price vile

Very affordable prices, and very delicious pies, vegan sausage rolls, and pasties. Greggs specialises in the savoury goods, so come for those. They less famously sell sweets and inexpensive coffee. I hope that Greggs stays on the Oadby Parade forever
