I was surprised to see such a dirty area on the counter and where the coffee and food was prepared..it may not have been dirty as such but it was incredibly untidy, coffee,milk, dirty equipment etc

Ladies were so kind and patient with our Autistic son; he even changed his mind after getting someone that he realised he just couldn't tolerate today... free of charge. Excellent excellent staff and place-- cannot recommend highly enough. ??

This store make the best Choc brownie frappacino I have ever had x nowhere else makes them as nice as this one!!! The staff are always so pleasant to customers and each other and I just really enjoy the atmosphere!!! Keep it up guys you are all awesome!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious store and very accommodating especially as most of their customers can be older people!! Just all round amazing store

Great shop atmosphere, much bigger shopper location. Plenty of seating to choose from.Staff here are really friendly and orders get fulfilled really quickly.

Coffee is usually made quickly, and I've never had any issues with my order. Staff usually seem chipper and friendly, which is always good. Atmosphere rating is low simply because it's very small and cramped in there. Usually busy, so I tend to get my drinks to go. Food always looks good, and staff and buildings always clean and tidy.Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best place for wheelchair access. Although I'm certain the staff will do what they can to make room, tables are close together and walkways are a tight squeeze.The entry has little to no space for people at till and exiting wheelchair. I would honestly suggest most give this costa a miss if your a wheelchair user alone ?. You may need to have the ability to pick up and move chairs or struggle to get through without a hand. But that's my opinion as a wheelchair user, we all have different opinions on accessibility. X
