Very dirty place, nobody ever sweeps or cleans the tables. Piles of food on the floor and rubbish everywhere.Foods nice and staff but management need to get a grip.

Have had to set the service as 3*, there are several excellent staff members and several not-so-stellar staff members, so your service could be fast, efficient service with a smile, 5 stars for sure, or... you could have 3 staff memebers dissappear to the back and leave the youngest and newest staff member to be overwhelmed by a queue lf 14 people (actual experience I have had personally and an instant 0 stars), you could have a staff member pay attention and let younpick out the pastry that is cooked closest to your liking, or have a staff member blantantly ignore your request for the perfectly cooked pie at the front and instead give you which ever one is most convenient to them, also sad to say that one staff member has over-loaded the cream on my latte to the point that the lid has exploded off the top and created a huge mess within mere moments of my picking it up, an issue I haven't had with any other staff members.To potential customers reading this review, i recommend you pay close attention to the service each staff member gives and remember them, pick the right day and this branch is great, pick the wrong day you could be waiting a long time for reluctant and questionable service

Easily the most disgusting Gregg's I've been to. Place was absolutely filthy. Leftover food on every table, floors covered in rubbish, tables had stains all over them. Not been cleaned in weeks by the looks of it.

Despite being a daily customer at Greggs and consistently enjoying a positive atmosphere, today's visit was disheartening. Served by the manager, Claire, the experience was far from the usual warmth and respect. Unfortunately, this encounter has left me reconsidering my loyalty to Greggs, as it didn't align with the brand's typically excellent customer values.

Went into greggs today and I love greggs however today the place was overcrowded. Tables were covered in rubbish leftover food, the floors were filthy . It didn't feel good at all, I reported it to the staff who didn't seem bothered and just rolled her eyes at me. All 'the time we were there nothing was done about the mess. Also the bin was overflowing!!Not a good look at all not impressed !!

Tables - 6 sections were covered in rubbish , chairs were dirty and the floor was filthy. Customers were trying to clean up as no staff were cleaning - not a place that you would want to sit and eat let alone pay more to do so.

I love greggs food ,but I think if you charge extra to sit in it should at least be clean .tables floor and toilets filthy.when the staff were ask to clean tables they said they were too busy . Yet they were just standing behind the counter when no-one was there .

I came in a few days ago for breakfast. A young girl served me. I asked for a baguette egg and sausage with butter.She replied to me that there is no baguette.And then she went around the back to find one I was so happy.But then she said there is no butter so I was disappointed again.But she did compensate me with extra egg and sausage.And I was truly grateful.I like that she looked after me. And I couldn’t be more happier.Her name was Georgia.
