The worst subway I have ever ordered from. Ordered through Deliveroo. Contacted subway and they said my order had been waiting for 2 hours. They said that they would do a fresh order when the driver came. When food arrive it clearly wasn't fresh and had been sitting around for 2 and a half hours. Food was not edible as the chicken had gone off.inavle to eat unless I wanted to get food poisoning. Manager was rude on the phone and would do nothing about it and said to contact Deliveroo absolutely disgusting service by both Deliveroo and subway.

AVOID. Placed an order via Just Eat today. Order was placed at 12.30pm. We got a call from a driver who's English was appalling, he tried to explain the issue but couldn't articulate the problem. We called Subway directly, they told us that there had been an issue with a driver and apologised. The lady on the phone said she'd send out the order straight away. Almost 4 hours later and still no food and they've actually updated the order on just eat as "delivered" meaning we've now been charged. I've tried calling several times and they're just not picking up the phone. Absolutely shocking service all round. AVOID.

Flies actually in the meat. Pointed this out but the reply was because the air con had broken.... that does not mean you allow lots of flies on the meat you are serving....

Arrived 10.55am - discussed the breakfast menu with my son (no one else there so no queue). Ordered for my son. Came to mine - asked for sausage and egg to be told ‘it’s now 11am so we don’t service breakfast anymore’ (11am on the dot). Went elsewhere. Won’t bother going back.

Easily the worst subway I've been to. Shop was empty when we arrived and 5 minutes later a bloke turns up putting uniform on like he's just got dressed. Was told there was no hearty Italian when I clearly saw it and he put it at the back. Didn't put any bacon on my chicken and bacon sub. Left my order in the side while he went out back and 'made' more onions, couldn't find the mayo. Subs were wrapped really sloppily then a woman appeared from out the back looking shifty. I don't know what the hell was going on but if I were you I'd avoid at all costs. I'm half expecting food poisoning now tbh
