Firstly felt uncomfortable on arrival as there were a big group of teens sitting in there that seemed to be loitering rather than eating, completely put me off dining in, eyeing up and smirking about my two young teens as kids do.Had to wait a long time to get served and he couldn’t seem to hear anything we were saying (cos of the big group of teens).We didn’t want to eat in (obvious reasons) and though we had subs toasted they were left on the side to cool down before salad was added. Very scroogy with fillings and told it would cost more than the already overpriced cost if my son wanted a bit of bacon on it! We only had 6” sub meals and it came to over £20, extortionate for such meagre offerings, slow service and uncomfortable reception.Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Didn't really know what to put as it was an uber eats but I ordered and I got the wrong drink to start and then I seen when I started to eat my sub that I was missing alot of my toppings from my sub that I paid 9.99 for...I was annoyed at that factor but didn't want to cause a problem and just continued eating away.Overall it was a nice sub but was disappointed with them as they normally do a perfect job of satisfying my hunger.

Went into today the place was filthy and heater was on there were flies around tables.The staff just didn't listen to what I wanted I kept asking for salad and they wrapped it up to be unwrapped again after listening, the toilets never in use. Disgrace of a place, i used to go there alot but not again it's gone to s##it I would give 0 stars if could

Used to come here all the time was great when it first opened, I ordered and Italian bmt cheese and toasted, after it was toasted it was left on the side for a good 10 minutes ended up cold so there was no point getting it toasted, asked for all of the salad and they missed out several items, told the lady about her mistake and she said she would give me a free cookie, I asked for the white chocolate one, get home to find out she’d got that wrong aswell and gave me the chocolate chunk one, it’s not what it used to be, toilets are out of order and half the tables are broken just like most other subways in Leicester they’ve all gone to s**t
