Service was amazing. The waitress was warm and friendly. Helped us greatly in selecting what we wanted. She went above and beyond.The steak was amazing however it arrived a little colder than I would have hoped for. However the pancakes more than made up for it.Dietary restrictions: They have all ranges of options and the staff are more than happy to advise on dishes that meet people's dietary requirements.

Me and my son went for lunch just on a whim and thos is the place we go. Firstly we were greeted by a very charming man who even my son said was very polite and friendly something he usually wouldn't pick up on as he has autism and adhd. Then our server was zoe and she did splendid we felt very at ease and happy with our visit. ? % recommend

Food was ok, but most things seem to come with chips! Was able to substitute these with a salad when I asked, but a jacket potato would be nice.

I visited yesterday and this sweet lady who was at the bar and served food I think her name was Jade is a gem. I have never experienced such impeccable service in my lifetime she was very helpful and friendly. Jade being an asset to the team is an understatement, she should be a requirement.

Wednesday lunchtime great service and food. Quite spacious dining area you don't feel crammed in like some places.
Now, the food has improved over the years, and the service keeps getting better. The reason for the four stars instead of five is the children's indoor play area. I know things get messy, but the balls in the ball pits are really dirty. I wiped thick black dust off them today, and there are quite a few with food stains on them. Can I ask a question? Do they get cleaned regularly? Now, I was asked to sign up for 14 pounds a month to bring my kid there whenever I want. Now, I would have, but I don't want my kid getting sick from that. Call me funny, but I don't want my child being unwell. If this is sorted, I will happily bring him there all the time!But they have currently closed a section off as the nets ripped, so at least some part of health and safety is maintained.But all that being said, the food is brilliant and so is the service, so say a big thank you to your staff; they're amazing.

Just happens that we were passing and decided to get a coffee. We nipped in here and ended up with breakfast too. Was really nice and the staff were accommodating with swapping things on the breakfast that I didn’t like. Cheery happy people and lovely food. Thank you to Hayley and Morgan the servers and the chefs who cooked a knock out breakfast
