Very nice, sweet Bangalore, super helpful on the phone, delivered to outside-of-range area, forgot about tipping but will definitely order again and make up for it.

I have eaten here many times, both in the restaurant and takeaway and the food is always absolutely amazing. It is the best curry I have had.

Brilliant food. Best Indian I've had and I'm from Birmingham.

Ordered some kormas, rice and naans. Things started off to a good start. Delivery was quick and the items were correct.Portion sizes are quite small, certainly not enough for any leftovers which is sad for £40+ worth of food, even more so considering this only included one rice two kormas, two sides and two naans.Lamb meat was soft but VERY fatty. Not the good cuts. Chicken was okay.Naan breads were cold.5am comes around, I wake up and start throwing up harder than I have in years.Disappointed, but hardly surprised nowadays with the quality of most takeaways and that's my fault for using them.Just cook yourself and save a lot of money and illness.

I came on a Sunday night because it was booked solid on tha Saturday night, so it was quiet, the food was delicious and you got a good portion, it was very filling. Definitely be coming back.

Well so disappointing, went to pick up our order , husband came home with only half the order in bag . I tried calling but didn’t connect 30 times to tell them .He came back home1. Onion B burnt dried up hard as rocks but under cooked pastie in middle . No sauce or salad was added .2. Chicken T sauce was thick and looked raw as uncooked dark compared with others that we have enjoyed before .So what was going to be an enjoyable evening catching up with my husband not seen him for two weeks was a let down and wasted money !!

We decided to order a takeaway from Bombay Brasserie Pointon after seeing the positive reviews online. It was a bit of a gamble as we were ordering on a Tuesday to enjoy a meal on our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and live 15minutes away! I am so pleased to say that they did not disappoint! We ordered starters of the onion bhaji and chicken tikka, both were hot and cooked fresh- the chicken was lovely and moist and not overcooked at all and the bhaji's had a lovely flavour. We then had a main of chips and pilau rice (both good size portions- filled right to the brim of the containers) with lamb jalfrezi, again a lovely flavour with delicious lamb that melted in the mouth. For me the star of the show was the garlic naan, light and fluffy with a great natural garlic flavouring- it was simply fantastic. Also included in our order was poppadoms and 3 dipping sauces which again we readily enjoyed for their high quality flavours and appreciated as a wonderful extra that we hadn't ordered. The price was similar to our other local Indian takeaways and therefore we wouldn't hesitate to buy here again and would highly recommend others giving Bombay Brasserie Pointon a try.Parking: The parking is shared with the old ship inn so I imagine it can be busier at overlapping popular times of both businesses. We found parking easily on a Tuesday evening.

Popped in for an early tea. Very friendly and welcoming. Great choice of menu. Very popular with locals for takeaways too. Would definitely go again.

Great service and great food, nothing else needed. It is tucked behind the Ship pub and may seem a bit small but it has excellent food and service with a smile every time.
