Has slowly gone downhill over the past 5 years. They were our 'go-to' Chinese in Boston, but after similar issues we've decided to never go back.First issue, they missed our Ribs on a takeaway and when we rang they said "We'll give you them next time!" They never did.Second issue, they missed 3 x rice on a takeaway meaning we had no rice at all! I rang and Albert said "I'll sort you out next time" but all they did next time was give us some free rice! (forget the meal they ruined which cost £60!)Third and fourth issue, they gave us prawn crackers that tasted of lead and needed to be thrown away.At that point we stopped complaining and walked away.They charge the Ocean but deliver a stagnant pond. Avoid.

Tastless food and low quality for high price. We spent over 60£ and waited 50 minutes to receive it. They don't have a drinks menu.. when we asked what type of cocktails they had we was offered vodka. Would not recommend.

We was At Albert’s Hong Kong tonight for my sons 7th birthday . He really wanted to go to a proper Chinese restaurant to see what it was like . We had 8 of us there in our party and we were all very happy with the service, the food was lovely and the staff were very attentive. We had made Arthur ( our son ) a panda cake at home and they were again very accommodating in bringing it out after we had finished our fantastic meal .We will absolutely be back for more . Thankyou .Kid-friendliness: We had 4 children 6-8 years old there . Unlike some places the children are made very welcome at Alberts restaurant .

We dined in at Alberts approx 5 years ago and was a great experience. However this last time we had an appalling experience. The food was ok but the waitresses were very rude and seemed to go to every other table apart from ours. We ordered our second round of drinks 3 times and when advised were we’re still waiting for them one of the waitresses said “we are busy as you can see”. I personally witnessed that another table ordered a drink and got it instantly whilst we were still waiting. This is not how you conduct yourself in a customer facing environment. One of my family member had a wrong dish given to him and was made to feel like he ordered wrongly, which he didn’t. Extremely poor and will not be returning.

Standard chinese Hour wait for food - no delivery We ordered quite alot of food from here & was quite expensive for not great standard. Half a duck come in tubberware really dry Pancakes stuck together Chips were cold Crispy chilli beef and sweet and sour chicken was really oily Rest of food was fine. Beef chow mein was great Ribs Rice All okay Generous 5/10

Since moving to this area a few months ago, we have been trying restaurants and we have gound our ho too place. We have eaten here 3 times now and on every occasion the food has been superb. The service is good, the staff are friendly as for the standard of food can't fault it. We will be back. Our friends also enjoyed the evening and have requested we return on their next visit.

Went earlier today with my husband as visitors of Boston.The meal was cooked so nicely. The staff were nice. The duck was moist and delicious, not at all dry as you would get from other Chinese restaurants. Rang at short notice and they managed to fit us in (thank you)The only complaint I would make is to double check plates as ours was slightly dirty and glasses have noticeable water marks.
