They charged a lot more in shop for cod and chips different price to the menu and in shop , chips cold and cod small with soggy batter , very disappointed ?

Ordered for the first time. Got it delivered. Cold when came and felt like it was frozen food cooked. The sausage tasted gross and had no taste. Pizza seemed frozen and no taste. Chicken nuggets wasn't eithen chick taste in it. Chips tasted gross. Wasted £19 for the first time trying it. Needed to chuck it in bin as all cold and took a bite and didn't taste nice. Tried to ring up and they kept putting phone down

Hate to give this 1 star, as the time before this the food was fab!!! But honestly, how can you call that a chicken burger?! Dryest barest burger of all time. I opened it and burst out laughing. I should have asked for a better one to be delivered. Please change your chicken burgers, that has let your shop down massively

I just order from there, 1st and last time, food terrible.Guy cheat me in face, i order Grilled burger what say in desc. inc salads and sauce in a Bun, no salad, no onion, meat fry on deep oil + dry bun without any butter no heat up..That how it look after two bites ... burger for 4 pounds...

Preordered large cod didnt have one when i got there so gave me two small ones. Chips i didnt eat above four. The batter came off the fish stuck to the paper . Wish i hadnt bothered. Not even average.
Just had fish and chips for the first and last time from here. Chips were small and full of scraps and cold and batter on fish was burnt.... Worth a try but never again
