Had to wait nearly 2 hrs for STARTER! Poor staff didn't seem to be treated very well and lacked experience . To be fair , the food was very good but service and long wait spoiled our night a little!

Was looking for a late evening bite to eat and came across Boston Spice. We do love a good Thai so thought we would give it a try. On arrival the restaurant was empty so we had no problems in getting in and served. To start with we went for the sharing platter. Food was tasty, hot and quick service. Good portion. Only thing which wasn’t great was the chilli sauce (very vinegary). Moving onto mains we went for curry’s and rice. Yet again food was tasty, hot and delicious. Overall service was ok but could of been a lot better. We felt very out of place and the waiter kept staring at us which was very off putting. Not very friendly either but was quick with service. Price wise it’s ok and not bad. Only disappointing thing was that the staff do not give you an itemised bill, only split up by food + Drinks. They also charge 50p if you want to take away your food.

We had a rather bizarre experience here. The setting is lovely and the staff helpful and polite, but the food... The starters are so bulk standard compared with supermarket bought in selections that I find it hard to imagine they prepare these on the premises. We had to ask for a finger bowl to rinse our fingers. The soup was tasty but an odd addition was a handful of raw button mushrooms floating on top. The main course was smothered in crinkle cut carrots. Very thoughtful of the staff to ensure that those diners used to eating supermarket frozen packs of veg would feel at home.
