Took food from here twice through the UBER app and everything was fine. The third time took directly from them over the phone. The food was terrible and went to the bin.

I repeated my order 5 times and still they got it wrong…. Ordered chicken piece MEAL but got chicken only without chips… When called the restaurant they said i need to pay £10 for minimum delivery and £2.50 for chips to get my chips delivered. Also the chicken was really smelly and we couldn’t even eat

Food used to be great. Now the quality is worse than poor and they can't follow simple instructions. Like cheese in wrap not on chips. Chicken was dry too. BBQ sauce tasted like straight vinegar. Will not order again. Asked for a refund through just eat.

Terrible customer service, you are supposed to get fries with your kebab that you pay 7 pound for just itself, yet when kebab arrived there is barely any meat and no fries!!! 4 bites and straight in the bin, the guy on the phone tried telling me they dont serve fries inside their kebabs like they have been doing for the past 3 years ? absolute waste of space and money
Very disappointed my son tried to order food whilst I was busy (he has Adhd so was abit excitable) originally the order was accepted but then topkapi called my son back to say the manager had decided because they get alot of fake orders they wanted to come collect 34pound from me and then deliver the food about an hour later. I then spoke to the man to confirm the order was genuine but was still told they needed the money first. I asked to speak to the manager to be told he wasn't there yet this was within a minute of my son saying they had called him back.

Honestly after seeing the reviews I was abit put off but glad I did try it food was amazing and the value is something elseKid-friendliness: Staff interacted with my 2 year old even gave him a chocolate bar for being good

The delivery was not complete ,the chips did not come along with all of the other food and when we called to talk about the incomplete order , the manager was rude and said a lot of excuses to not send the food. At the end they sent the food after arguing over the phone but it was inedible because by that time the food was cold. I do not recommend this place as my first experience was bad.
