Food was late due to ticket errors from food hub but they are still absolutely 10/10. Such a sincere apology for the mistake and very quick rectifying it! They reopened to actually complete the order! Customer service is amazing and the food is even

A great place in a run down area. Not at all what I expected. Top class steaks for which you can pay a lot of money or other dishes more reasonably priced. The decor is amazing and I believe there is a nightclub and cocktail bar on the floors above the restaurant. I had the lamb chops which were excellent as was the service. Well worth a visit although the surrounding area leave much to be desired.

Blown away by this restaurant, the service, the manager, the food, the way the restaurant is done out, even the toilets are immaculate, highly recommended. I'll be eating here often!

The service and atmosphere are relative. I don't recommend the food. I ordered a spicy chicken burger. The chicken was quite good, although it felt like it had been lying there for a while. It's a tragedy. It's the same as heating it in a microwave. Moist and soft like a sponge.Parking: The nearest car park is near Wick and near Accorn taxi.

We ordered via Foodhub and it took over an hour(after contacting foodhub, as could not get through on phone). Foodhub app wasn't updating. But, once the food was delivered (via taxi) it was delicious. Chips were soggy but chicken was tasty. We will definitely use Chicken Palace again, but next time I'll go get it myself.

The waitress was very un happy and provided poor service, while looking at the menu we ordered 2 drinks, these arrived wrong and It took her a while to change them, we didn’t even get an apology. The food was bland and tasteless! was very disappointed. The table was sticky and had burn marks in it too. Wouldn’t return nor recommend.

The venue itself is atmospheric, staff friendly. However we had a table booked for 7.00pm for six people. Drinks and food ordered were taken promptly. Drinks arrived after ten minutes or so. Despite repeated enquiries by 8.30we had not received any food, further enquiry where we said we would be leaving shortly were made at that time. 9.00pm we left having received no food and no explanation as to why there was such a delay, tables had arrived after us, been served, paid their bill and left. The drinks we ordered were given to us a gesture of goodwill. Such a disappointing experience of what promised to be a lovely. There was an apology but this was half hearted and said with a very broad smile.

Really fancy place with delicious food and friendly service. Very glamorous surroundings, something you'd expect in London but without the high prices. If you're hungry opt for the meat platter. They also do a wide range of well portioned small bites and starters for the none meat lovers (despite the name). They also have a rooftop club and bar though haven't been to a night there yet.

I have just received an order from this place, and the people working there or the owners are such nice lovely, kind people. Food is also great. Recommend.

This place is amazing. From the atmosphere to top quality service. We were so looked after, felt welcomed. Food is 10/10. This is now our favourite restaurant spot in town. Absolutely recommend.

Has to be one of the nicest takeaways in Boston. Portions are always huge. Chicken is always cooked to perfection. Staff are really friendly and gave me two cans when the drink I wanted was out of stock. Can’t really ask for more. Definitely my go to when I want a takeaway.

On a rare night out without our children we thought we’d try this place. We were greeted by a waiter, shown to our table and given menus. A more senior member of staff (owner or front of house?) took our drinks order. I asked for a glass of house red and a glass of tap water and my husband asked for Diet Coke with lemon but no ice. When our drinks arrived I had a large glass with the tiniest measure of wine in it (gone before the main course arrived), my husband’s Coke had ice but no lemon and my tap water never materialised. Not a great start! We elected not to have starters and were given some bread and dips which were nice. My husband asked for blade of beef but was told it wasn’t available so had a chicken skewer instead. I ordered sirloin medium rare. The menu is quite expensive and since they specialise in meat, I had high hopes. My husband’s chicken was nice but the plate was devoid of any form of sauce so he had to request some tzatziki otherwise it was a bit dry. Other restaurants we’ve visited usually give you some of that and tomato chilli relish as standard. My steak was thin and overdone with no pink in it and definitely not medium rare. It came with a small bowl of mushroom sauce which was nice but I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything for my bowl of fries (ketchup or mayo perhaps) before the waiter disappeared. I had a couple of spears of asparagus and tender stem broccoli that were nice. Rather than salt and pepper on the table, a small pile of it was already ground together and put on your plate, so you had to use both and couldn’t just have salt for example. For the price I’d have thought triple cooked chips or similar might be served instead of a bowl of unremarkable fries like you get in McDonalds and perhaps some cooked tomatoes on the vine or onion rings. It was literally a slate with a bowl of fries, small pot of mushroom sauce, small (but nice) portion of veg, a pile of salt & pepper and an over cooked steak (the one thing that in a restaurant with “meat” in the name, you’d have thought they’d get right!) I ate the steak and didn’t point out the obvious overcooking, since I’d realised from the drinks order attention to detail wasn’t great here. This was a mid-week meal (Wednesday) and there were only a couple of other tables so the chef wasn’t that busy but maybe they have a better chef working weekends. Overall we were underwhelmed and wouldn’t return unless it was because friends invited us for a special occasion we were obliged to attend. Always interested to try new places in the area and being a fan of Turkish and similar cuisines we thought we’d try it and ending on a positive note, restaurant and rest room areas both appeared clean and very modern.

Meat lovers paradise! Perfectly marinated, and such a huge choice too, in fact we had to go for a sharing plater just so that we could sample everything, and it did not disappoint. With great staff, amazing service- we can’t wait to go back for more.
