This review is not for the food, the food is 5 star and never disappoints. It is however the owner who lets this place down, in my eyes alway, as myself and Grandmother regularly eat here on a Thursday and I have now had multiple bad run-ins where he has been a bit rude. Very unfortunate as I would recommend this place to anyone but I think today is the last time we visit.

Brilliant place, wonderful staff and gorgeous food. And you can have a laugh with the owner I think his name is David who is always polite and professional.

A member of staff working there , is very rude when parking his Honda car down Irby street while in full uniform of this establishment. Still do not understand how anyone can deprive locals from limited parking down a road when there are ample car parks around the place of business. Will never use their restaurant until they respect locals and encourage others to do the same.

This place is fantastic, the vibes are immaculate. The food is awesome. The service is top notch. And to top it all off there's an arrangement of jams that are to die for. 10/10 this is the place to go.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options aren't a problem, from breakfasts to light snacks as well as desserts. I love it here

Excellent - thank you. Due to illness, our plans changed before we received our food. This was no problem for the staff. They kindly boxed the meal up for us so we could have it when we returned home. Very helpful and many thanks.

Never a bad meal at Churches and reasonably priced. It's our 'go to' in Boston. Always leave so full that we've never made it onto the delicious looking cakes. Great owner and host who's attentive but never in your face.

Poor service, dirty place & terrible food ! Deep fried everything, stale bread, limp salad, fake Heinz ketchup - which I believe is illegal…. (Chefs larder tomato sauce refilled into heinz bottle).

Lovely old and traditional establishment, the last independent restaurant in Boston. Friendly people and good food. Enjoyed nice English grub and pudding. Excellent value for money. Seating indoors and outdoors. Nice bar with good selection of drinks.

Wearherspoons wasn’t serving food so we ended up here … and we were so glad we did ? the food was fantastic, homemade and plentiful ?? Our server DAVID was a little serious at first but his dry humour came out and we were all laughing. We had x4 meals x6 drinks and enjoyed the mains so much we treated ourselves to a dessert/ pudding ?? and it all came to &48 so it was also good value for money too. I would recommend this place to everyone and will certainly come back next time we are visiting here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great cafe/restaurant which is bigger than it appears. Good service, nice range of choice, excellent value.

The food was awful. Three of us ordered a jacket potato with different fillings each. The potatoes were small and microwaved. I asked for chicken tikka and cheese - they must have been running out of cheese as there was only a small sprinkling. My daughter had chilli on hers; again, a measly portion and the potato was bad. The accompanying salads were tiny. They included a small amount of wilted lettuce, two minute cherry tomatoes, halved, and three slices of dry cucumber. It looked like it had been sat out on the side for some time. We each had a drink too and the total cost for this joy was £25. Dirty ladies toilet too.Absolutely rubbish. Owner tried to joke about his sore feet as he was so busy, but we couldn't get out there fast enough.Shame as we've been going years but we won't be going again.
