christmas dinner we booked christmas dinner here 14 people in total including four children. Dinner was amazing the chef was lovely at the carvery very friendly. Table was all set up for us on arrival with crackers. Bar staff were very friendly and accommodating we had a fabulous christmas diner here. many thanks

Very disappointed. There was hardly anything for vegetarians. I choose vegetarian sausage and mash. The mash was very dry, the peas undercooked and the vegetarian gravy lumpy and virtually tasteless. I won't be going there again.

Don’t waste your time or money. Tried to ring many times no one answered the phone Tried to book online no joy either? We saw it was busy by the car park . Explaining that we couldn’t book we got the smug look that’s because we are so busy she said You will have to see if you can find a table. Wished we hadn’t bothered , very over cooked and dry food not wanting to offend our hosts we ate what we could and just left. Staff busy but not seeing or hearing anything , loud unruly children no will definitely not go back.

Great for families. We go for the Sunday carvery, very reasonably priced and good food. The team work hard. Kids play area is a bonus. Book early though as it gets booked up quick, and dont bother ringing to book. You're more likely to win the lottery than you are to get through to someone on the phone!

The waitress pretty much threw the food on the table and ran away. Didn’t say anything to us. Chips were cold. Burger was cold. Heard another waitress complain to her friend about us because we sat in an area she had just cleaned. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Craig runs an excellent pub, and the staff are outstanding. A thoroughly warm welcome and dining experience. Highly recommended.

Went here for breakfast with a few friends and found it to be very good value for money. The staff were friendly and the food was fabulous, a very enjoyable breakfast of which all the lads agreed. We will absolutely visit again and I am already planning to take my family for dinner at the weekend.

The breakfast is top class and the manager and his staff are most helpful. Even with the road works it is easy to get in and out of the car park.

We hold our Military Veterans Breakfast club here every Saturday mornings. Always looked after well. Friendly and helpful Staff & Management. Our area we use on those mornings are set up for us. Breakfast is good and value for money, scrambled eggs would be a good extra to put on menu, as some have dietary needs and cant eat some items. Always ready for us to help ourselves.
