Always enjoy the meals here and good size portions. Today however our drinks were forgotten and we had to ask the waitress who brought our food to see where the drinks were. We had pretty well finished eating before we got our drinks. It had been missed and we received an apology. This can easily happen especially at busy times and will not put us off eating here again. I thoroughly recommend this place for a good meal but a better system for the drinks could be organised as I am not the only one on here who has mentioned this

Have eaten here plenty of times before and food and service has always been excellent. ( I should have but didn't give a positive review on these occasions) Today however I attended the carvery for the first time in a party of 4. I was underwhelmed by the size of the (extra) small plate. I was only offered pork OR beef on my large order. My wife accidentally dropped her plate when leaving the hot plate which she replenished. I was somewhat taken aback though when a sever approached our table to inform us that the dropped plate needed paying for. I'd have thought that the profit margins from the very busy restaurant would have negated this but you live and learn.

This outlet is very large and has plenty of choice both with cakes and menu items .Just a shame dog owners have to sit outside and freeze when competition down the road has an inside area just for dog owners.Parking: Large parking area

Lovely cafe/restaurant with plenty of seating inside and out. Food was good value and piping hot. Farm shop is great, good value and nice produce. The breakfast is served all day and great quality. Vegan breakfast is excellent and good coffee.

Reasonable priced restaurant in the village with a variety of food choices.Has good amount of vegetarian options.However, the cakes look good but don't as good.. we tried cheesecakes, and they were not great.. just cream and base..Can be noisy at times, especially during lunch and phone can ring constantly.
