Strangely quiet on a Saturday night compared to the other restaurant further up the road. However the Raj takes card payments, unlike the cash only alternative up the road.We had various curries and the obligatory pickles and poppadoms. All were very well priced, tasty and served by a friendly waiter. Special notice is that the chicken was sliced rather than cubed. The slices helped the sauces and flavours to penetrate better.

We got there at half 6 didn’t get any updates on how long the food would be and didn’t get it until 7:40 then when I went to ask why the wait was so long I didn’t even get an apology. Bad customer service but the food was good would order as take out but not to dine

Food was really nice with good service. Atmosphere was ok but it might have to do with the fact there wasn't many people there at the time. Restaurant did feel a little cold when I went.

I had a pleasant experience at Raj Palace Boston. The service by two lovely waitresses was commendable. However, there was a minor issue when I ordered a pint of beer, as it was poured from the drip tray. Nevertheless, the food was delightful.

Customer service is dreadful.. they are ALWAYS late delivering food. You order early and you’re told 70-90 minutes - no problem because you’ve already taken that into consideration. But then it’s another hour or so and before you know it you’d rather be going to bed.They clearly cannot manage their incoming orders and fulfilling times given. Really disappointing.

The food was ok but we ordered the set meal for two which included teas or coffees to be told at the end of our meal they have stopped including the teas and coffees. Even when I said but it’s on the menu they refused us coffees. Will be going to the Indian restaurant next door in future, that little gesture ruined our evening by giving me the hump.ADVICE change the menu.

Shocking 1 hour late again. Called to see where it is and manager put the phone down and said cancelling the order. Paid by card so going to have to report them toMy bank tomorrow so I get my money back absolutely shocking.
