Possibly a bad night but the two portions of Lamb Tikka which arrived late were hated by both diners as it was rock hard and tough even when cut with difficulty Told when complaining that noone had ever complained before and it was perfect and as it should be. . .. what? Supposed to be inedible?this arrogance really annoyed us.If this was a first ever complaint a refund should have been offered not a denial and rudeness. I will not be trying them again Good reviews are their old reviews Some say it's gone downhill since then.

Not at all organized when I placed my order for a take away, kept going away and coming back. Was told our food would be delivered in 40 mins, but actually came after 20 mins or so. The food was ok, but, was charged £1.50 for delivery. Not a huge sum, I know, but the take away menu stated free delivery within a radius of 6 miles, our address is actually less than 1 mile away.It’s the principle of it, so next time we’ll order from further up the street, hate being fleeced!!

Surly service. Delivery 50 minutes late. Returned food which was cold. Was still charged in full. Monies correctly refunded by Uber. Luckily I had photographic evidence of the food being collected again. Bad service and disingenuous.

Placed online order which arrived promptly - that was the only positive - food was overwhelming with salt and spice both dishes tasted the same unbearably hot - will not order again as lots better competition nearby

Standards have dropped terribly. Ordered take away for delivery, told it would take 55 minutes, delivered 35 minutes late and cold. Found 2 black human hairs in an Onion Bhaji, curries were bland and tasteless. Only good thing was I got a full refund when I complained. Sorry but very good in the past and very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting, I hope somebody reads this before making an order, I dont expect 5 star cuisine from a take away but this was just another level of disgusting. Tikka masala was basically a bottle of ketchup with a few pieces of chicken, keema naan was soggy, sweaty and lacking in meat content. Contacting the restaurant was pointless as they just dismiss any wrong doing and show no empathy once your money has been taken. Save your money and get a ready meal from a supermarket

Ordered a lamb tikka korma and the lamb was completely raw in the middle. Rang up to complain but no refund was offered, and the man on the phone did not understand our request for a replacement. Instead they just gave us credit for another curry next time. There will not be a next time.
