All I can say is disgusting. This was the best takeaway Brigg for many years. It certainly isn’t now. The couple that own it now are horrid. Since taking over not one order has been correct. Even when you go in to order, watch it being made it’s never correct. 98% of the time overcharged for items not even ordered. When you go in to order because you’re sick of incorrect deliveries you are talked about and laughed about in their language. We will never give them our custom ever again. Which is a shame after 15 years of loyalty. Not as clean as it used to be either.

Use to order from these all the time - It is clear the original owner has left about 1yr ago. We have had new owners left right and centre, and, tonight, they have just put the last nail on the coffin - An absolute disgrace, and I phoned them to complain about it. I ordered a house special kebab for £18.00, and received a basic one. I ordered other items as well and did not receive. His excuse on the phone was, we dont have lamb so we gave you extra chicken. We dont have the poppers, yet they charged us. No offers of refund or anything, my answer to him, "You have just lost a long standing customer of 15yrs" His reply, "sorry" a simple ....... sorry! The delivery man could not speak a word of English! and made out he did not understand. So, folks, don't order from here, you will truly be disappointed!

This place use to be very good, the owners clearly have left, new owners are dreadful. Missed half the order and still charged me, the food was not upto standard and expensive. I phoned to complain, no refund or anything. I have also just noted on Business Check that this place dissolved as a Ltd company in 2016 - so whats going on?

The kebab bread were dry hard plenty of lamb very messy and greasy bits on the meat like the grill plate hasn’t been cleaned .couldn’t manage it all had to throw it away .

Absolutely disgusting went to the shop the other day ordered Donna meat pizza and chips the chips were undercooked like eating raw potato and the Donna meat on the pizza burnt and so dry that wasn’t the worst bit ! I went to the shop with my 14 year old daughter and caught one of the men shortish hair and bit of a beard staring her up and down dirty food even DIRTIER MEN !

Regularly use Brigg kebab and normally get a delivery ,never had any problems with the food ,tried to phone an order tonight for delivery but the phone line was dead ,went to collect ,got home to find the calzone filling was stone cold ,no chips or garlic sauce in the box as should be ,couldn't call them back because phone line was dead, told them in the shop about the phone problem but didnt seem interested . not happy as they are my favorite pizza house .
