Went to a Paella night at Le Finca, our second visit. As with last time, the food was excellent and the setting lovely, but what lets the whole experience down is the staff. There is no “service” at all. We had to ask, twice, to order drinks, food comes out far to quickly, without a mention of how we we’re enjoying things. There did not seem to be anyone in charge of the floor, a couple of staff were doing ok, but others just didn’t seem to care, more than happy to stand in the bar area chatting to each other. At £30 a head (plus drinks), it’s not a cheap night out, but would be worth it if staff were a little more engaging.

Quite possibly the best eating experience in North Lincs. This was our second visit to la Finca and we’d forgotten just how good it is. The ambience in the atrium is lovely, topped off last night by Josh playing Spanish guitar at just the right volume. The quality, and quantity of food is outstanding, with a vast array of delicious, authentic tapas dishes to suit every taste, and the best olives we’ve ever tasted, followed by a beautiful trio of desserts. Special mention to the staff, as they all seem to very much enjoy serving you, and make an already great experience even better. It really is the perfect evening out with friends, sharing some food, sharing some wine and sharing some conversation, and great value at less than £170 for four people with drinks. Book it with friends, thank me later

Had the Tapas (which was the viable offering for the night) and I must say we really enjoyed it all; plenty to eat with very good ingredients and well prepared; service very good; all in all a very good evening. Small point I would raise the dishes were very quick in following on one on another - maybe a little interval in between would be advisory.

The location and décor is great, we were very impressed. Staff were friendly and attentive. We were expecting Tapas and when we booked were told it was a set menu (Still expecting Tapas). What we actually got was their version Estabulo, Meat served at your table by a chef...What we experienced was meat overload to the point of it not being a pleasurable experience. For £101 for two people (including drinks) it was very expensive . Most of the cuts were dry. There needs to be a salad bar, by the last serving we were struggling and had to leave before desert (pineapple on a stick)Can't say I will be back soon and i cant recommend this place to others.

Absolutely fabulous food served over 12 courses. Excellent wine to accompany the meal. Could not eat it all but this wasn't qty over quality; each course was cooked to perfection. Would recommend without hesitation. Cost was very reasonable at £40 per person. Looking to book our next visit.

Rather tasteless food with too much spicy sauce already added - should serve sauces separately. No vegetarian options. Too big portions and much waste. Quantity not quality. No draught beer. We asked for sparkling water but we’re told “none available as it’s gone flat”.Good puds. Mixed mostly inexperienced service. No spoons or knives available just small forks. Happy live music but very loud causing shouted conversation. £35 each plus drinks a bit steep.
