A great little cafe at the rear of a cute shop full of an eclectic mix of gifts. Doesn't do hot meals, but great for teacakes, sausage rolls and cake!

Great welcome, wonderful cheesecake & cheese scones. Nothing too much trouble. Always makes a fuss of our dog who sees it as a second home!

Always a good coffee, cakes and sausage (vegan as well) rolls look great. The place is always clean and tidy with pleasant staff and great service. The shop also has a lot of different items in so a great place to look for one of those different gifts or something special.

Nice coffee shop, a lot of gluten free options, more than non gluten free, which I found bizare. Very small inside, not many tables to sit down.Overall pleasant. Not sure if pet friendly, one couple had a dog with them.

Stopped by during a shopping trip and enjoyed some welcome coffees at The Steel Rooms, always a treat to have something to look at after refreshment too. Swift and smiling service, a clean table - it's a great venue.

Lovely coffee and warm scone. Disappointed by jam which accompanied the scone

A group of 11 with three children is not always easy to accommodate but we were made to feel welcome and the service was excellent. There was a good choice of food for everyone.Kid-friendliness: The children were made to feel welcome and given time to make their choices.Dietary restrictions: There was plenty of gluten free options for me and the quiche I chose was delicious.

Really nice coffee. Ended up having 2 Cups each. Nice tarts. Pear and almond and a biscuit chocolate one. Very nice. Sat outside but went in to order the 2nd cup and use the loo. Lots of seating upstairs and the downstairs is a treat of gifts and cards. Very pleasant and service was great. Even said to owner possibly nicest coffee we've had.

Very clean and well looked after. I was initially a little dissapointed there was no cooked breakfast option but soon realised they are a tea room and not a greasy spoon. The Cheese Scone with caramalised onion was amazing. Will be visiting again. Well priced too!
