Very reasonable prices and good portions. The sp fried rice & chicken fried rice has plenty of meat in it and big pieces aswell.Vegetarian options: Tofu in satay was really tasty

Good service at the desk taking my order. The food does taste good and is In a good location for the haven site but the quality/consistency is very poor gravy is like water chips and rice look and taste re fried most of the meals only contain lots of onions and not much else the odd water chestnut here and there would only return here when I come back for my jolly’s given that it’s just around the corner. Improvements need to be made

We ordered for the first time tonight.The delivery came within 30 mins and the food was all hot and fresh.A little mistake over the fried rice but was quickly rectified with another coming straight out to us.The food was absolutely beautiful especially the crispy beef in peking sauce and the special chow mein.Fantastic service .we shall definitely be ordering again.Difficult to find a Chinese with authentic flavours so happy we tried them.

Never recieved all our food, rang to ask for it to be re delivered. Lady said she knew and it would be delivered again!!! It never was, no refund, then charged £4.50 for delivery of luke warm tasteless mush. Hardly golden phoenix, more beige sparrow!!! Menu in the bin

Ordered Special fried rice. Seemed the meats in the rice must have been cooked days ago, and reheated. Is that what was special about it?Curry was full of onions, non spicy, and more like a children's curry. The starters were tough, and could easily have been warmed up items that were not sold in the previous days/week. Overall, disappointing! We've only lived here for a few months, and are struggling to find decent Chinese food. I think this is the sixth one we've tried so far. Don't even talk about Indian food in Cleethorpes!!! There seem to be quite a few Chinese food joints, delivering food, locally. So, we'll keep checking out other places. There has been one we used a few times as they appeared to be OK. But, the last one we got gave us food poisoning. Hence why we tried out this place. Sorry! If you can't get it right for a new customer, then you can't expect to be given a second chance.

The most authentic Chinese takeaway ive ever had! After hearing good things I thought I'd give it a try food was delivered promptly & piping hot, everything was seasoned properly to perfection. Will certainly be using here from now on ?

First takeaway from here.. via Grimsby Eats App. Arrived within about 30mins or less. Despite a couple of miles away!Amazing dishes.. fresh broccoli, mini sweetcorn, celery pieces and various Chinese vegetables, peppers and onions. Slightly charred veg... perfect.Sweet and sour king prawn balls.. crispy, tasty and not oily. Light batter.Chow mein was beautiful. Tasted clean and fresh.Chicken Oyster sauce.. again great veg included and tender chicken. Spot on.Sides.. chips.. tasted homemade.. chip shop style. Egg fried rice.. dark with soy and so tasty.Curry sauce pot... not too spicy.. but so flavoursome.Also had salt and pepper chicken wings. Juicy inside.. crispy batter. Quite spicy but very tasty.Free prawn crackers. None greasy and tasted really good.Overall.. fab flavours, fresh ingredient and fast delivery.Will wholeheartedly recommend.

Tried Golden Phoenix for the first time a couple of months ago and it was the best Chinese take away I’ve had. Since then I’ve become a regular customer. The food is lovely and full of flavour. The staff are very friendly too.
