Truly awful customer service. Arrogant and unhelpful manager who thinks it is OK to belittle guests for complaining. There are lots of hotels in Cleethorpes, use one of them.

Check in was a quick process and the person on reception was very friendly and polite. We arrived around 6pm so early check in was not required.As the main purpose of the stay was so we could attend a nearby party we didn't spend too much time in the room.The bedroom looked to be fairly clean however this was lacking in the bathroom which looked a bit grubby.Bed was comfy enough; however the room was far too hot for a comfortable nights sleep. We certainly didn't leave feeling refreshed the following morning.

Generally good but the accessibility was an issue. The corridor to the accessible rooms was not very wide so difficult to turn into rooms! It had 4 doors making it impossible to go in or out solo on a scooter plus cleaning carts blocking the way.
Was trying this hotel out, as i was working up the road in Immingham, and must say, this hotel did not disappoint. From the friendly staff at check-in, the decent, newly furnished rooms, good free parking, to the helpful staff at check-out, this was a near-on perfect stay (i say near-on . . . The restaurant next door was slightly struggling, but thats a seperate review)Will look forward to staying here again and receiving the excellent service from Angela, Donna and their colleagues.

We had phoned up the hotel to request quiet rooms with sea views if possible which aren’t guaranteed. On arrival there is a large car park we had a nice greeting from the receptionist who checked us in & booked our tables in the restaurant for a evening meal & our breakfasts which we then paid for a meal deal & a separate breakfast which was easy, then if you cancel your trip you don’t lose your food money. We were allocated 321 & 323 which were on the top floor with a sea view as requested. The rooms were standard premier inn to the latest standard however they have now reduced the bed size from king to double so the headboard, light switches & bedside cabinets are all in the wrong place which isn’t good. We did have a problem with a fan noise in one room which we reported in the morning to reception who gave us the details to complain to head office but you are meant to report it in the middle of the night so they can rectify it. However we did manage to get our money back for one night in the one room after a discussion on the phone. The problem was then fixed during the day as maintenance were booked in to look at the system anyway during our stay. The food in the adjacent brewers Faye wasn’t that good see separate review.

Helpful and friendly staff with easy check in. Clean and cool accessible room on arrival with air con that really worked (we arrived in the middle of a heatwave). There are several disabled parking bays and, thankfully, we always manage to find an empty one when we visit, imperative for my wife who is a wheelchair user. We couldn’t ask for any more! I love this hotel.

I highly recommend The Premier Inn at Cleethorpes. Sarah on reception was friendly, efficient and welcoming. She also booked my breakfast for the following day. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The buffet breakfast was great value. 10 out of 10. I will be back.Many thanks.
