Cold food. Hair found in 1 sandwich. Mould on ham in another. Asked for chicken with salad but no mayo/Salam but had on anyway. Staff unhelpful and not friendly may as well as talked to a brick wall.

5 members of staff on shift and 2 customers in the shop myself being one , still took 10 minutes for me to get served with just a coffee !!!!! I didn't want a sandwich , such slow service and not sure what has happened in that shop but not one of the staff could muster up a

Just been to this subway in Cleethorpes for the first time. The young lady behind the counter was extremely polite and professional. She offered different suggestions for sandwiches as my wife is a vegetarian and waited very patiently for us to decide.An absolute pleasurable experience and this young lady is a credit to the team. Unfortunately I never got her name ? but we came in at 10:30 on Sunday 6th August 2023, so whoever she is, please give her the recognition she deserves.

Large modern building on edge of retail park, across from beach walk. Spacious and clean, lots to choose from, build your own snacks. Staff very pleasant. Good place to relax a while.

Had it ordered and pick up but the subs i received is so messy and obviously teenagers staff worked there so slight disappointment there.
To start, if they are fulfilling an online order, don’t bother. Short staffed, cold food and asked for toasted, limited supplies. Will not be returning here.

Be warned the foot long vouchers sent out are not being accepted as they don't have a button on the till for them! Other vouchers are on the till ! Yet again no hearty Italian bread, why don't they just stock more of it ? Luckily I had enough money to pay for it. If it hadn't been for my son I would have told them to keep the sandwich and left.

Food and drink were good. Staff pleasant and polite. Downside is that we came in and it was empty and all the tables were not cleaned, floor was filthy and the bin area untidy.
