Absolute atrocious service. The girl who served didn’t listen to the order. To busy chatting to her friend our side of the counter. Ordered a small kebab and a tray of meat and chips. We ended up with 2 trays of donner meat and no chips! And it was all cold! Phoned up to complain and the manager was unavailable how convenient. Will never use that shop ever again. I suggest no one does ever. The other one was busy this one wasn’t. Should’ve realised.

Ordered two items to collect, got both wrong. Margherita platter instead of a cheesy garlic bread platter, no cheese on the chips, no garlic sauce. Separate order of cheesy chips and garlic sauce, no garlic sauce... Called and told them it was wrong, they asked us to come back to the shop to swap instead of offering to deliver correct order.

Used to come to this place for a treat - over priced - drowned in greece - chips undercooked - pitta bread too soaked in chicken kebab oil to eat - no sauces and to be honest weve had better puzza elsewhere for less money.. The meal before wasnt great either, but we tend to give take outs a two strike rule but this time it was one of the worst take outs we've had. And i have teenage boys who even left it - they will eat anything!!! I would of rang to complain but i dont want a new meal, sadly this is just a lessened learned 72 quid down and i wont be straying from my local again. Want a good meal - go to Ala turka - nice food lovely staff and more than worth the money which costs less than here..

Absolutely terrible food everything was disgusting will definitely not be going there again would rather starve for how much it cost defo expected better than what I got!

First time to try this kakab place and very disappointed. The kabab meat was very nice and the lady behind the counter was nice. But they nearly sent my meal out on a delivery as they took it out of the delivery man's bag.Big mistake i could of wait much longerBiggest let down was the salad lettuce wasn't fresh. The tub had water in the bottom and the lettuce had gone brown. See photo .Not good.I shall give this place a second chance but if not good then I will advise not to go there. As not great food or fresh produce ?
