The Five Bells
1 Church Rd, Butterwick, BostonA fantastic pub, comfortable and cosy seating, a good atmosphere. The managers/staff are friendly and very helpful. We held a wake here, and the spread (which was very reasonably priced) was wonderful. Prices of drinks are also very good.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp up to the entrance for wheelchairs, and we had someone in our group with a wheelchair, and the access is very good.

Bull & Dog
5 Church View, BostonNice local pub, good value for money when dining. Good choices on the menu & all freshly cooked. £10.95 for 2 coursed & no skimping on the quality or quantity. There are 2 different menus to choose from most dishes are less than £20. Very quick service & pleasant staff. It's clean & comfortable, definitely a good shout for good food at reasonable price. Would recommend.

The Ball House
Wainfleet Rd, Fishtoft, BostonI have heard great personal reviews for this place, so I decided to have a Sunday carvery here, (note, pre-booking is highly recommended, as it is so popular and busy at this place for good reasons).
Upon us both arriving, everything was well organised and explained by the staff, including a notice on the table that stated the order that our table will be processed and called when the carvery is ready for us, to avoid queuing too long, this is how it is so efficient and is a customer friendly focussed place.
After one of the best Carvery meals I have eaten, we noticed that in the rear beer gardens, the lovely landlords had another surprise, live music from their own stage that they have built in the gardens to entertain their customers.
Unfortunately, I missed the Robbie Williams tribute set, due to enjoying my food too much, but I was more than happy after I finished eating inside, spending the next few hours watching the next set who where Scoundrel Dayz, singing lots of 80's hits, of which, got everyone dancing to their amazing music.
When The Ball House switched from carvery service to the outside music venue, everything was handled smoothly, including a new outside menu making sure people who were peckish, were looked after.
All of the staff have been highly trained and attentive, I could not fault any aspect of my visit to The Ball House.
