AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Been coming here since November 2023 never once have they got an order right constantly complained tried making my friend eat food she was allergic too after we told them she couldn’t eat it as she’s allergic claimed it didn’t have the items on so they was risking health which could have gone badly if she trusted them, food always over or under cooked when calling today to complain they just told us they won’t accept our number again and to find someone else refused a refund and also constantly over charging us

Thanks for delivering a menu flier to my home today - then trampling over my garden and plants to take a shortcut to my neighbours house. If you can't even deliver a leaflet with care, I hate to think what you may do with your food...

Ordered a chicken kebab that was supposed to be in a naan bread which was more like a soggy pancake, awful. Also ordered what was billed as a gourmet chicken fillet burger with bacon and coleslaw, it was £7.50 for the worst chicken burger I have ever eaten, it wasn’t a fillet burger made from chicken fillets but a very cheap and nasty tasting mashed together with god knows what thing, like the worst cheap chicken nuggets you only eat if you’re desperate in a greasy, over cooked bread crumb, some of the bacon wasn’t cooked and the coleslaw was bland. I absolutely hate wasting money on food that even my dogs turned their noses up at. I can still taste the rankness of the burger… yuck!!! We won’t be ordering from Reby and Bella again

Placed an order 6.45pm and was told it would take 25 minutes. 8.15pm and still no food. When I called was told I gave him the wrong postcode think I know where I live!! Shambolic service. Avoid! Food eventually arrived it was cold and items missing. In the end delivery took 2 hours!

Ordered a Reby special shawarma for £9.99. When it arrived I open the wrap to find ‘breaded’ chicken pieces. A shawarma is layered pieces of chicken/meat that has been seasoned and marinated.When I rang to explain I have not received what I ordered the women on the phone told me that what I got was correct. Once I explained to her what a shawarma is she then said she will send another one. I asked for a refund as all they were trying to do is rip me off. She didn’t know how to do a refund and when I asked if I will get confirmation she just asked for my post code to send another one.My partner had the grilled lamb ribs £13.00 which had hardly any meat on and were extremely tough. Such a shame as I like to try new places but definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t order again.

First time here was pretty good, second time driver had a empty bag an had to go back. Third time , after hour of no arrival of food decided to call. Was meet with very passive aggressive attitude an denial of order to refusing to check order number, until they realised it was their mistake the attitude instantly switched to charming an polite. Unfortunately the food was at the door in under 20 minutes from the call we knew at this point the food was not going to be good bit like the customer Service. Food was sloppy an reheated chips . 1 meal out of 3 was enjoyed.Get some customer service training.

Food was awful. Southern fried chicken was just fried chicken with a small amount of sweet chilli drizzled over it. The chicken was overcooked and hard. Kebab, chips and burger were cold. Looked liked previous nights leftover food. Couldn't eat, threw it all away. £26 wasted. Ordered an eastern delight instead, quality food. Will never order from there again

Ordered pizzas which had very generous amounts of toppings, but didn't enjoy them as their tomato base had far too many herbs in it.It was like eating medicine.

Annoyingly, a waste of time and money. Chips were at a stale point, felt very hard and an odd chew to them. Chicken had no flavour & was pointlessly greasy. Quality of products are questionable.Avoid fryer food, pizzas may be better but I've not tried yet (will update if I do).
