Absolutely brilliant and friendly place to go. The staff are so friendly, professional and efficient. The food that's available is varied and delicious. Both Andy and Lesley who run the place are so dedicated to their customers. Highly, highly recommend indeed.

A nice pub which has been altered many times since I first visited the day after it opened in the early 1960's. Nowadays the bar is a large open area with televisions to watch many sports. I called mid-afternoon on Monday soon after it opened. The lady behind the bar was very pleasant and my pint of Stella was perfect. I will rate the Bluestone at 8/10.

Nothing special, and these days people working there all seem stressed out, wasn't the relaxed dining experience I expected, waited too long to be served even though I was the only person at the bar, and nobody behind the bar, food ok, not amazing and wanting me to come back anytime soon.
