Nice food and a good range, agree with the previous comment about the attitude of the staff, not sure if he is the manager or not but the older male that works there really needs some customer service training, really poor attitude and spoilt the experience

Been coming here to Butlins nearly every year while my children have been growing up. Enjoyed our morning coffees and bacon sandwiches at Soho Coffee. The staff have been pleasant especially an elderly lady who always welcomed you with a nice smile and a good morning how can I help you. However, arrived here all the staff have changed, which maybe due to covid. However, they are unorganized and miserable, not even a how are you and a smile which costs nothing. We have now started buying costa express at the supermarket where the staff are always helpful and pleasant.

Ordered milk for my toddler. Had toddle on hip and stressed to the guy that it shouldn’t be hot at all as it was for my toddler. Got scolding hot milk. Took it back and super politely tried to explain to the woman that they needed to be careful if people specify they are getting drinks for a toddler as a toddler could scold themselves if then mother doesn’t check. She was 100% not bothered at all.

When you need a pick me up 1st thing in the morning after a long night this is the place to go for a great coffee. They all so sell Cake and sandwiches salads and a few other things. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always have a smile on there face even 1st thing in the morning 😀.

We get coffee and breakfast breakfast often the food is always nice the coffee is good just sometimes the Q is a little long
